My biggest frustration is how hard it is to stop bot accounts, scammers and spammers from signing up as site members and flooding the inbox with junk. I reached out to support several times for help with it but because the support seems to be fully automated rather than handled by a real person, I didn't get any useful assistance. Another problem was that the platform kept pushing options for "my restaurant" even though I had already completed the questionnaire and clearly set the site up as a publishing/entertainment business.

You get text editing options, animations, multimedia elements, colors, fonts and even ready-made templates if creativity doesn't come naturally. Another helpful part is the official YouTube channel which has lots of tutorials covering different features so it's a great resource when you're not sure how to use certain tools.

It really comes down to whether you're using the free plan or a paid one. The free version understandably doesn't offer the same level of power as the paid tiers so if you plan to create a lot of websites or need more advanced, faster-loading sites, upgrading is pretty much necessary.

After using this for several years, I really don't see myself switching to another website builder. It's very simple to work with and comes with impressive features that fit exactly what I need. It has never crashed for me, pages load very quickly and they keep improving the platform with regular feature updates. I genuinely love using it as my website builder.
