Who Is MOSAIQ EMR For?

MOSAIQ software is designed for medical oncology practices and departments of all sizes. The software helps multidisciplinary oncology teams working across radiation oncology, medical oncology, and other cancer care disciplines within integrated healthcare environments.

MOSAIQ EHR Use Cases

Based on our analysis of MOSAIQ’s current capabilities and its positioning within oncology care environments, we have identified several scenarios where this system aligns well with operational and clinical requirements:

Multidisciplinary Cancer Care Teams

Care environments that involve both medical and radiation oncology often struggle with fragmented patient records. MOSAIQ is better suited to setups where clinicians need a shared view of treatment progress without switching between systems. This becomes especially relevant when multiple specialists contribute to a single care plan.

High-Volume Oncology Centers

In high-throughput settings, consistency matters more than flexibility. MOSAIQ aligns with centers that prioritize repeatable processes across a large number of cases, where even small inefficiencies can scale into delays. Its structure supports teams that rely on predictable workflows rather than ad hoc adjustments.

Health Systems Managing Distributed Oncology Services

When oncology services are spread across departments or locations, coordination tends to break down at handoff points. MOSAIQ fits organizations that need tighter control over how information moves between teams. It creates a more stable environment for managing shared responsibility across units.

Organizations Replacing Disconnected Systems

Some providers reach a point where multiple standalone tools start creating more friction than value. MOSAIQ is a stronger fit in these situations, where the goal is not just digitization but consolidation. It supports a shift toward more uniform processes rather than maintaining parallel systems.

Enterprise Networks Expanding Oncology Capacity

Growth introduces its own set of challenges, particularly when new locations adopt different workflows. MOSAIQ works better in networks that want to maintain alignment as they scale. It provides a consistent operational framework without requiring each site to build processes independently.

Is MOSAIQ EHR Right For You?

This System is counterintuitive. Be wise, spend your money elsewhere. Even if it's free, go another way.

Pros

I like that the support team is virtually unreachable, and optimizations never happen. I enjoy calling and spending 40 minutes on hold. I love how every time something doesn't work, we get the option to buy another service pack that still doesn't fix the issue.

Cons

It is difficult to use. The medical oncology module is complete and utter garbage. It can't and won't to the basics of care. Training for the product is nonexistent. Everyone they send on site, has almost ZERO MO experience and can only tell you what the system is "supposed to do" but it never functions that way.
