Some of the logics could use a redesign. For example, currently, you can't upload a file when you first open a task. You can only do so once the task is open or as an attachment in the messaging system.

I have no complaints but a question to ask. Does the software have a mobile app? If yes it would make it even more convenient to use at times.

Being able to access my correspondence with the marketing/communications department with easy one thing I like the most. It helps me pick up where we last left off.

Cons

It would be great if I had the option to only see my files when I log in instead of everyones projects. Additionally, finding certain documents/files can be challenging as they are titled by the marketing department, not by me. It would be helpful if files could be grouped by year or month and year.

It organizes projects quite nicely and allows for the urgent sharing of files among team members.

Cons

Some technical glitches do occur, and the most frustrating one is when a project gets deleted on its own and it is always unclear how that happens. Sometimes, the activity log doesn't match the current project and shows information from the previous project, leading to time wastage and misinformation. Furthermore, there are instances when the activity log section doesn't offer the option to post a file or message, only providing file linking options.

It's more convenient to use and read posts. When we have detailed information to share among the team, it is legitimate and easy to comprehend.

I'm unable to edit and add color to my posts. Additionally, posting tables is not supported.

The search feature sometimes yields irrelevant results. There can also be some lag time, and the design isn't the most modern. Nevertheless, I find the software to be highly useful overall!

It is easy to leverage for my projects with small to medium-sized teams. It also seamlessly integrates with email and stores essential project-related documents. Furthermore the ability to track tasks, assign resources and quickly edit is a major advantage.

It took a little time to become comfortable with using it, but that's expected when using any new tool. Integrating it into our workflow wasn't particularly difficult.
