The percentage tracker simplifies progress checks, and addingNotes, links, and other relevant information is a seamless process. The mobile app also allows for on-the-go management.
Cons
The iOS app lacks certain features, although they aren't deal-breakers for me.

Cons
There are some logical improvements that could be made, such as the ability to upload files directly when opening a task. Currently, you can only upload files after the task is open or as attachments in the messaging system.
