“Training on the system is vital to team success

Pros

The ability to tag other team members on tasks is a valuable feature.

Cons

I struggle to locate my tasks, whether completed or not, in the system. Sometimes, I need to access notes/context on a task/project, regardless of whether it's mine or not. Finding completed items can be challenging, especially since our team uses the system to varying degrees which makes it difficult to know where to find notes, statuses, etc.

It allows me to track my time spent on a project, monitor progress, add details and observe the advancement of my work. Having a dynamic to-do list separate from my planner is quite appropriate.

Cons

The only drawback I can mention is that it's not a visually-oriented platform.

For a very small business like mine, the cost can be a bit high. However, there are ways to use it strategically and keep the expenses down.

Using 5pm on mobile devices is difficult. The design looks significantly different, and navigating through it is a challenge.

Tracking conversation threads in 5PM and finding previously noted information in the text thread can be difficult.

The new template is fantastic, offering a wide range of features. I find it user-friendly and enjoyable to work with.

Occasionally, the load speeds are slow. There are some minor bugs but the new template has resolved most of the problems.

The information displayed is not very clear. There is often an overwhelming amount of information with limited ways to sort through it. I end up spending a lot of time scrolling and searching for specific details.

The capability to assign different roles to various users is highly beneficial.

It would be beneficial if the software could seamlessly handle our design files without the need to export them as JPG or PDF. Being able to share actual design files back and forth would be a valuable feature.
