“An exceptionally frustrating program

Pros

What I find most appealing about this software is its ability to assign tasks to individual team members while allowing visibility into the work of the entire team.

Cons

The most significant issue I have with this software is its confusion. It's also time-consuming when implementing large projects that require frequent updates. Deleting an entire parent task with sub-tasks can only be done individually, which is a tedious process. The software is slow to respond and takes a while to load.

“Acceptable project management software

Pros

I believe the software generally fulfills its purpose. It offers folders and user management with some customization options. Currently, it's the only project management tool my company and I are familiar with.

Cons

Considering the current year and my company's investment in this software, I wonder what technological advancements have been made. A more intuitive platform that notifies team members when they fall behind on tasks would be beneficial. It's frustrating that certain tasks take forever to load. The search feature is incredibly slow and provides poor results. Opening old tasks is more challenging than dealing with the largest bank in England.
