Pros

We can organize everything into folders. And this is something really like.

Cons

I'm not fond of having to download everything to view it. I prefer being able to view files within the platform itself and only download them when necessary. Additionally, it would be better to make edits directly within the platform.

I like the well-structured organization and the reporting and time tracking features it provides. It's excellent for collaborative work with a team.

At times, the program experiences lag, and I often need to refresh the page and sign in again after a period of inactivity.

Since it is web-based, it is easily accessible for everyone at work. However, I wish there was a Windows software alternative available for my use.

If I update a task, I expect the date to change and it resurface at the top, rather than remaining buried because it was started three weeks ago. It becomes difficult to track and manage my current work. Moving tasks to another folder or task should be easier instead of creating a new one and deleting the old one. Closing a task (marking it 100% complete) shouldn't trigger new email notifications.

The program's interface lacks the modern look found in other software. It appears quite outdated.

The organization feature is excellent. Also the ability to monitor user activity greatly assists in managing our time effectively. The standalone timekeeper is also a fantastic solution!

The load times can be slow at times. I understand this is partly due to our large volume of projects, but implementing lazy loading could potentially help improve the performance.

It's relatively easy to use. It does a fantastic job of keeping the team updated on project progress and users can easily follow along with all projects or sort by their own. The mobile app is also highly effective in keeping everyone connected on the go.

I have encountered a few issues with the mobile app and sharing documents directly from it. However, I haven't sought support for these matters, so it's my responsibility. When dealing with a substantial number of projects, the platform can become very slow. Also having additional sorting features would be greatly beneficial.

With a small team and multiple ongoing projects, 5pm simplifies monitoring the entire queue and tracking the production phase of each project. Implementing this tool has proven to be a game changer for me!

We don't use all the features, but it would be convenient if clients could easily place orders directly instead of filling out a project request form.
