Pros

Accelo is an excellent platform with advanced features that are easy to use. It greatly facilitates our companys operations offering a good balance between functionality and subscription price.

Cons

Mastering all the services offered by Accelo can be quite time-consuming.

Helps me stay on top of things and simplify my workload

Pros

One of its best features is the ability to attach email threads to specific clients or projects within the company. Unlike our previous program where we had to duplicate task lists Accelo allows seamless organization without the need for project templates.

Cons

To get a comprehensive view of the billing dashboard one must heavily rely on filters which prove insufficient. Instantly knowing the status of invoices - whether delivered received or paid - at a glance is essential. Although the mobile app serves as an alternative it falls significantly short of the online version in terms of functionality and requires substantial improvements.

Hidden Charge - US$800 charge when you want to sign up

Pros

We enjoyed using Accelo during the trial period and were considering signing up. However we were blindsided by the undisclosed initial startup fee of US$800 which was not mentioned in the advertised monthly rate. The requirement to consult with a specialist and pay this fee upfront was a major setback and a warning sign.

Cons

We were taken aback by the undisclosed $800 hidden charge which wasnt mentioned anywhere on the website.

Excellent Management Tool for Manage Project

Pros

Its capability to manage various activities with different customers and even house multiple tasks with the same customer is invaluable. This feature allows me to track my work with each client meticulously compared to just allocating time for the task.

Cons

I often find it cumbersome to locate assigned tasks as theyre not consistently delegated to me requiring manual searching through the query bar. Additionally managing the multiple new windows that Accelo opens upon time entry feels unwieldy.

Accelo the platform for efficient planning

Accelo is incredibly effective for planning executing and delivering projects on time eliminating the need for manual tools. It offers robust features for project planning team scheduling task management and client registration all backed by excellent customer service and a great price-performance ratio.

Cons

Pros

I particularly appreciate being able to view all my assigned work at the beginning of each week. Entering my timesheet is also a breeze.

Time Management is everything!

Pros

The daily timesheet feature has revolutionized my workflow. Accelo is incredibly easy to set up use and navigate. I havent fully explored its capabilities yet but Im excited to do so!

Cons

When entering timesheets retrospectively the software defaults to the current date and time making it inconvenient. It would be beneficial to allow setting past dates without reverting entries.

Switching to Accelo after 18 years of using inferior products has been a game-changer for us. The platforms end-to-end automation has streamlined critical aspects of our business allowing us to consolidate multiple functions onto one platform.
