Pros

Accelo offers a fully-fledged CRM for effective lead management through the quotation process. It provides insights into time and activity at work integrates seamlessly with email VoIP and Salesforce and offers a consolidated view of information flow across the system.

Cons

I cant think of anything significant that needs changing.

Teamwork and report

Pros

Its a fantastic tool for team collaboration time logging and project tracking providing insights into project progress and team activities.

Cons

Getting started with Accelo isnt straightforward. Tracking time accurately requires caution and the reports arent very user-friendly. Unfortunately not being able to generate reports in PDF format adds to the inconvenience. Additionally specifying exact times for each task can be unrealistic especially when multitasking.

Great Project Management Software

Pros

I appreciate the quoting function and customer tracking/ticketing capabilities of this product. Its versatile allowing tracking of various aspects and synchronizing with Gmail for convenient scheduling and project management.

Cons

Initially I found this product challenging to navigate. However with daily use and dedicated learning time it becomes an excellent tool.

Pros

Accelo is easy to use and set up allowing us to manage clients their assets and work efficiently whether its a one-time project or ongoing tasks.

Cons

Some setup items are not as intuitive as Id prefer but the support team promptly addresses our concerns.

Cons

If you decide to invest in Accelo be prepared to exercise patience. Its quite intricate and not very intuitive if youre setting it up solo. Additionally the visual design leaves something to be desired.

Accelo is one of the best out there

Pros

This software is packed with features notably aiding us in managing our entire sales cycle from contacts and lead tracking to project planning and automated billing. The client portal feature is particularly impressive enabling client collaboration quote acceptance and invoice viewing.

Cons

Its frustrating that customer support comes at an extra cost.

Product Analyzer

Pros

I was impressed by the analytics provided by this product during my clients software selection process. Accelo proved to be a perfect fit for handling their project management needs even during my limited testing time due to other commitments.

Cons

While I usually adapt quickly to new software I faced a significant learning curve with Accelo. Once I overcame it using the software became smooth sailing.

THE Project Management Tool to Use

Pros

Creating new projects with saved templates is quick and effortless in Accelo. The Gantt chart view simplifies timeline adjustments and features like task alerts and task dashboards enhance task management efficiency.

Cons

The schedule view lacks utility in its current state. It only displays the hours of work for a given day if a time is set for the task and it allocates time incorrectly when tasks span multiple days. Moreover theres a critical issue with project schedules that can lead to confusion and disruptions if not managed properly.

A Huge Accelerator for Our Business

Pros

The Client Portal feature in Accelo is invaluable for managing customer tickets and requests efficiently especially in our service-oriented business with numerous clients and systems to handle.

Cons

My only frustration with the platform is that we havent allocated enough time internally for the implementation process. However were committed to gradually unleashing the full potential of this powerful CRM in the coming weeks.

Cons

Wildly underrated email integration and excellent business process automation

Pros

Accelos email integration and automation capabilities are impressive allowing for seamless communication capture and process automation ultimately enhancing productivity and minimizing errors.

Cons

Accelo primarily targets agencies and service-based companies which may not align perfectly with the needs of our Electronics Manufacturing company. However weve managed to customize it to suit our requirements to some extent.
