Use of Accelo

Pros

With a plethora of available features this product excels in managing customers projects contracts finances and time. The integration with Google Calendar for time tracking is particularly noteworthy and the overall usability is excellent.

Cons

Integrating with PowerBI has limitations and theres a lack of reporting for customer/support insights. Additionally support load times can be slow.

Easy to use, highly configurable for work processes

Pros

Configuring Accelo for our internal and external processes is straightforward and workflows can be easily updated as needed. The user experience is simple and intuitive.

Cons

While there are numerous application integrations available a larger library would be beneficial.

Flexible, customisable, easy to use

Pros

The fact that I dont need to extensively train my team to use Accelo is fantastic. The scheduling tool is robust and streamlines studio production. Overall Accelo offers the most comprehensive platform Ive encountered simplifying task management and budgeting.

Cons

The per-user charge can add up quickly especially for part-time users or freelancers. PDF templates can be cumbersome and theres inflexibility in proposal formatting options.

Cons

Effective tool but missing some key functionality for management of a team

Pros

Having the capability to generate an opportunity craft a quote and then convert it into a project where resources can be allocated and time logged is incredibly convenient.

Cons

The reporting functionality is quite limited. I often need to experiment with various methods to extract data into Excel and then manipulate it further for analysis as a team leader. Filtering data can be confusing and doesnt always inspire confidence in its accuracy.

Great for switching away from Connectwise Manage

Pros

Accelo boasts a fast interface and comes at a lower cost compared to ConnectWise Manage.

Cons

There are still minor details that need improvement to enhance efficiency such as the reset of filtered ticket lists when changes are made.

Great product for startups

Pros

I sought a reliable PSA that I could deploy swiftly without extensive setup. This solution met my needs perfectly. It seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks my RMM and email platforms all at a reasonable price.

Cons

It still seems relatively early in its development cycle. While the integrations are solid theres room for increased automation. Im eager to see how the product progresses over time.

A great tool for project management and hour tracking

Pros

Easily searching for different projects to input hours is a breeze. The overview of hours worked each week and the project status dashboard displaying contract details like start and end dates remaining hours and contract utilization are both easy to interpret.

Cons

I wish it were simpler to reallocate hours to different projects or dates. Correcting a full days worth of incorrectly input hours can sometimes take longer than necessary.
