Pros

Cons

Pros

Cons

I'm a bit smarter and definitely more productive with Accelo

Pros

Accelos workflows have been instrumental in streamlining my business operations and educating me on previously unnoticed processes.

Cons

What I find least appealing about Accelo isnt directly related to the platform itself. It can be complex but that complexity often stems from not fully understanding the intricacies of my business needs. Once you grasp the rationale behind certain features like the Retainers section you realize their power.

Best all-rounder for service agencies

Pros

I appreciate how Accelo seamlessly integrates sales projects tickets time tracking and invoicing providing a cohesive platform for all business needs.

Cons

Accelo has many rough edges including poor UI choices and functionalities that dont meet expectations. While its understandable given the complexity of the system I wish more effort would be dedicated to refining it.

Full of functions which provides compliexity

Pros

Accelo supports a wide range of business activities including CRM sales projects tickets and more. Its integration capabilities API accessibility and customizable settings enhance its utility for diverse industries.

Cons

Accelo attempted to create a responsive web application but there are some issues. For example certain icons are inaccessible when the browser window is minimized. Defining tasks isnt very intuitive either and some help videos are outdated. Additionally the application settings are overly complicated and theres a limitation on task assignments.

Pro's and Con's

Pros

We appreciate Accelos web-based platform and mobile app although there are some discrepancies between the app and desktop views. The detailed and familiar design structure of the project management section is commendable.

Cons

As a new administrator I find editing tasks less intuitive than I expected. I hope for better video tutorials in the future.

Easy to use and has lots of features.

Pros

Pros

Accelo has significantly boosted my productivity particularly with its email template feature. Being able to track all my activities in one place has been immensely beneficial.

Cons

While the approval steps in support tickets are useful for logging skipping some steps would be preferable for internal support tickets to expedite the process.

Pros

Pros

Accelo seamlessly integrates with my everyday workload by bringing together my Gmail calendar and tasks. It offers more tracking capabilities than our previous MSP solution and the support and bug fixing timeline is impressive.

Cons

The inability to track passwords is a significant issue particularly for MSP solutions managing numerous assets. More asset tracking options tied to tickets would be beneficial.

Integration is pivotal for us and Accelo seamlessly integrates with most of our tools. The API provides a fantastic solution for tools that dont have built-in integration.

Cons

Some aspects of the products processes are cumbersome. For instance copying progressions and custom fields from other issue types is possible but copying triggers for automation isnt. This makes manual data entry tedious.
