“Software for strategic planning

Pros

Our school system can easily monitor progress towards the goals, strategic objectives, and important metrics in our strategic plan thanks to AchieveIt. The ownership of any individual component may be determined, and the reporting frequency can be simply altered. The automated reminders also assist in keeping our team on task.

Cons

Not much to say, but several of the capabilities for measuring performance over a number of years are not as simple to set up as I would want. To have a better understanding going forward, we are looking for some additional training as we enter a new strategic planning cycle.

“Easy to use

Pros

This software is simple to use. After learning how to use the product, you soon start to discover more integration methods across plans and projects, building dependencies and adding tags when a project fits into more than one category. What I like most about this software are all of its potential uses.

Cons

Because AchieveIt has a solid team and regularly employs user feedback to develop lacking features, it is difficult to pinpoint what I dislike about this software. They update their software consistently, relaying a timeframe for implementation as long as they are informed of what needs to be fixed or handled.

Pros

Our main tracking tool for strategic and quality improvement software and metrics is AchieveIt. It has aided in improving process structure and fostering uniformity within the company. I like to follow and monitor the development of metrics. AchieveIt offered a simpler approach to monitor and view how metrics changed over time.

Cons

With every software, it is expected that there will be flaws and room for improvement. We occasionally have to find ways to go around the systems reporting restrictions in order to see the data in the way we desire.

“Top performance management platform

Pros

It is software that I simply cannot work without anymore. AchieveIt has greatly facilitated my professional life. With the click of a mouse, I can now quickly keep track of all the operations and performance indicators for the Bank. Personally, I have been able to be more productive.

Cons

There are some ups and downs with the software. I cant use AchieveIt to perform certain computations. I can get around it by uploading information into Excel and doing the calculations there, but Id still like to be able to do more of them directly on the platform, including variance calculations.

“Outstanding tool for saving time!

Pros

I am a data entry operator, and this software makes my job so much easier! The modules are laid out in a nice and appealing manner. This makes monitoring goals simple. The ability to quickly locate information makes it ideal for use in meetings.

Cons

I would like an option to share only those charts that are required (instead of all of them). And an Outlook integration would make my job even easier because we could populate our calendar reminders in there as well.

Once I grasp the basics, I quickly discover numerous ways to integrate it across multiple plans and projects, set dependencies, and create tags for projects that fit into various categories. The versatility of this software is definitely its most appealing aspect to me.

Cons

It is challenging for me to pinpoint any specific shortcomings of this software, thanks to the proactive approach taken by the AchieveIt team. They actively gather customer feedback and promptly address any feature gaps or areas for improvement. As long as I communicate my needs, AchieveIt consistently resolves issues and updates the software, providing a transparent timeline for implementation.
