Pros

This software lets me see all projects in progress and, more importantly, the resources assigned to them. The dashboards are easy to follow, and I can track detailed project plans and milestones seamlessly from Smartsheet, all automatically updated in Acuity PPM through API integration.

Cons

I can't find anything to dislike about this product. They are adding features regularly.

The user interface is straightforward, covering all crucial aspects of portfolio and project management. Adoption by users is smooth.

I am eagerly awaiting the upcoming notifications. They'll keep me updated and aware of my tasks.

The only thing I notice missing is task reminders.

Pros

Before getting Acuity, I used to spend ages creating spreadsheet after spreadsheet to prioritize our organization's projects with leadership. Then I stumbled upon Acuity and realized it had everything I needed for these sessions. It's been instrumental in my end-of-year planning for our project portfolio and status updates.

Cons

It is understandable that they are still enhancing parts of it.

What i mostly LOVE is being able to display all projects with ease makes meetings more efficient and streamlined.

Cons

I wish I could create custom saved dashboards without admin privileges. Also, naming each dashboard would save me sorting time.

This software is user-friendly and intuitive. Our Project Managers seamlessly integrated it into their daily routines, providing leadership with clear insight into all project work.

Most fields are customizable, but I wish I could adjust some more. Still, the Acuity PPM team is responsive to feedback.

This software empowered us to understand, manage, and prioritize our project portfolio. The software offers numerous valuable features we use regularly. The dashboard provides a high-level view of our portfolio/project health, including a risk/value bubble chart.

Honestly, there is nothing negative to say about the product.

it fits us perfectly; it is not overly complex and does not overwhelm us with unnecessary features, yet it offers the overview and project details we need. The status reports are particularly beneficial for us.

Its ease of implementation and use is unparalleled. Setting up the basics of my portfolio and managing users and views took only a few minutes. Now, all essential information is conveniently in one place, eliminating the need for PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets.

I have tried many project management tools, but Acuity stands out for its ability to provide a high-level view of complex project portfolios. While other tools focus on detailed project control, Acuity simplifies management visualization and tracking. I appreciate its simple UI, intuitive access to information, and ease of use.

Cons

Integrating with legacy Project Management tools would be fantastic. For instance, being able to open MS Project documents from Acuity would streamline project details.

No major issues currently. The timeline feature could be improved aesthetically.

Pros

The intuitive interface allowed me to get up to speed quickly. Critical portfolio performance information is smartly displayed, avoiding overwhelming complexity.

We are really pleased with the product and have not encountered any issues.

Pros

Acuity is straightforward to set up and use, it is very intuitive. I particularly like the projects dashboard view, which I use frequently, and the ability to dive into project details from there.

Cons

It would be nice to see additional features, like more text formatting in status reports and easier project list export. Sorting projects in the portfolio view and comparing plans to actuals for dates and budget would also be helpful.

Pros

I mainly use the software for status reports rather than advanced tracking. But from what I have experienced, the status reports section is useful and easy to use, without any noticeable issues.

Cons

Once, about three months ago, I had login issues for around 10 minutes. I did not report it, so I can not say for sure if it was related to the software. Otherwise, no issues.

As someone new to project management, I find this software incredibly user-friendly. It is easy to navigate and helps me effectively track essential information and provide status updates.

Cons

I have not come across any negatives with the software. My current project is simple, so I have not pushed the tool's limits yet.
