Aha! was the only software meeting expectations for integrating sophisticated Gantt views with Azure DevOps.

Cons

It's somewhat expensive. It could benefit from offering a startup plan that lasts permanently, not just for a year.

Excellent tool for product innovation and management

Pros

Key features such as roadmap functionality, the ideas portal, and dynamic presentation creation are critical for our product teams. Connecting the strategy of our business at different levels is facilitated by an intuitive UI, and the integration with Jira is a significant plus.

Cons

The SAFe methodology is not fully implemented, although we have found ways to adapt it to fit our organizational maturity in adopting SAFe.

Highly customizable to our needs, Aha! is easy to use. Reporting capabilities allow for real-time reports within minutes. Stellar customer support and frequent release of new features enhance the overall experience.

Cons

The editor license is not available to more people within our team due to financial circumstances. However, as I always say, Aha! costs this amount for good and valid reasons.

Satisfied with Aha!

Pros

With Aha! The ability to create and change schedules and reports appeals to me. We enjoy the ability to construct a variety of reports with many slices of data by simply adding or deleting criteria rather than starting from scratch.

Cons

I do admit there is a bit of a learning curve with Aha! Plus the system is not very intuitive.

Pros

Aha! is an all-in-one tool, eliminating the need to toggle between multiple systems for project work. It allows project management, review of supporting materials, evaluation of capacity, routing work for review, and reporting on project progress within one system.

Cons

Transitioning from JIRA to Aha! was like moving from a Prius to a Tesla. With lots of features, relying on support from Aha! during the implementation and onboarding phase is essential.
