Pros

Their logo is pretty eye-catching and thats about it.

Cons

The support is not very helpful nor responsive; Its near to impossible to get a reply from them. The system itself isnt very customizable or user-friendly.

Great support and management system

Pros

Responsive and friendly help, coupled with comprehensive documentation, facilitates self-learning and finding answers to inquiries.

Cons

One of the best support team out there!

Pros

The outstanding Support Team has made all the difference in our ability to use Aha! to manage projects efficiently. I like that the information base, video tutorials, and frequently presented training are of the highest quality. Would definitely recommend Aha!

Cons

The only thing we found difficult was determining the workspace structure but the support team helped us through it all.

Cons

Replaced SFDC Ideas in Lightning

Pros

Acquiring this tool was driven by the need to replace Salesforce Lightning's lack of support for the Ideas object. Aha! seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, allowing for connecting monetary values to ideas and tracking reasons for customer loss.

Cons

No significant drawbacks from my end. As part of the implementation team managing the Salesforce side, I encountered no issues. Project managers also seemed to appreciate the tool for project management.

Cons

If we developed in-house what we needed, we would have come out with a package like Aha!

Pros

Aha! perfectly fits the need for a feature request page with its Ideas Portal. It simplifies the process for users and provides essential tools for managing requests, including voting features.
