“Best customer service hands down!
Pros
Aha! enables the linkage of higher-level goals to initiatives cascading down to the granular level. We needed reports for our C-level executives a feature lacking in our previous project management system.
Cons
We appreciate the workflow features but visualizing activities and tasks proves challenging. True workflow integration with phases and milestones is lacking especially for marketing processes. Ideally phases and milestones should be part of activities adjusting the project date or status would automatically update assigned dates. Currently managed manually. Excessive notifications are a challenge despite setting a daily and weekly digest receiving numerous emails for every task completion or creation in followed projects. Comments require checking notifications. The My Work view once understood is helpful but the naming convention hinders immediate task identification tied to specific projects especially in project templates with generic tasks.

“Powerful Product Management Tool
Pros
C-Suite and Executive level Goals and Initiatives are linked to Features and Defects offering live reports for Aha! presentations saving significant time. A versatile tool providing Product Management with numerous options for roadmap creation program increment & release planning and tracking. Exceptional and responsive support with live software updates ensuring timely access to new features.
Cons
Live updates occasionally disrupt current behaviors and internal processes without warning taking days/weeks to adjust afterward. Reasons behind feature changes are unclear often attributed to user group feedback without transparency on accessing these groups. Both new and old options should be allowed with the ability to turn certain features on/off globally. Recently certain features like Automation were restricted to higher subscription tiers unnecessary given the overall cost. More direct support could be retained at higher levels.

“The standard for Product Management tools
Pros
Aha! serves as an excellent canvas to organize business product and customer journeys. It helps articulate goals and initiatives compellingly providing an organized platform for managing ideas and tasks. The absence of a sales function replaced by a top-notch customer support team aids in customizing and building plans for projects of varying scales.
Cons
No specific shortcomings come to mind. The platform's depth and customization capabilities allow it to adapt to your team's evolving needs.

“All around great tool for product strategy - the "why" behind the roadmap
Pros
Aha! is user-friendly offers an excellent support team multiple templates a well-defined structure and high configurability. It serves as a single source of truth for the Product team facilitating easy content sharing with stakeholders.
Cons
Presentation capabilities are somewhat rudimentary in terms of formatting and graphics. Supporting the Jobs-to-be-Done methodology is limited and embedded tables aren't sortable reminiscent of older Confluence versions.

“Game changing Product Management Software
Pros
Aha! facilitates Product Management at scale streamlining the gathering of feature and enhancement ideas. The idea portals encourage employees to contribute ideas eliminating the need for countless emails or hallway requests. A valuable lifesaver for managing ideas from clients as well.
Cons
The product is excellent and I have no negative comments. Implementation requires careful consideration but it's highly flexible and scalable for your team.

“A Great Tool to Drive Product Management with Coherent and Focused Product Strategy
Pros
Over the years Aha! has evolved excelling in bridging product strategy and management. It fosters collaboration information sharing and staying on track providing intuitive customization options. While integration with Atlassian JIRA is robust managing development tickets and sprints separately is currently a better solution.
Cons
A major improvement needed is a Knowledge Base/Documentation tool set similar to Confluence. Currently meeting notes are kept separately making it challenging to assign tasks related to multiple tickets. A unified solution like Confluence + JIRA would simplify documentation and specification development.
