A Game Changer
Pros

This service simplifies my administrative work. Scheduling, tracking and billing can all be done using their platform.

Cons

The range distance for clocking in and out can be a bit tricky. Additionally when using the desktop version, it automatically signs me out after just a couple of minutes. Every time I sign in again it starts from the beginning.

Great Software for Scheduling
Pros

I can suggest schedules, monitor them and directly assign tasks to engineers. Once the job is completed, I can gather the data and send it to the customer simultaneously. Everything is digitized, making tracking effortless.

Cons

The font in the Android app is incredibly small and requires improvement. The location check in needs to be adjusted accurately. otherwise, we won't be able to clock in and out.

Very good incident management software.
Pros

The AI field is very capable and provides a fast snapshot of outstanding incidents and employees. What we like the most is that the implementation took no time, and we were up and running as soon as we got in touch with the team. Our client data was imported almost perfectly, leaving very little to be done manually. In terms of some upload requirements, AI was quite accommodating. When compared to the system we used before, incident and workforce management are significantly more optimized now.

Cons

They don’t offer many exporting options, which is inconvenient since we constantly share data within our organization. Getting data from the system once a user has entered it is a little difficult. Downloading anything in terms of customer data is not possible currently. Their UI is also a bit complex, but that was just in the beginning. They could make their user interface a bit more intuitive so that newbies don’t have to waste a lot of time understanding the system.

I love how the AI field is self-independent.
Pros

The AI field is self-dependent enough not to need the development team to improve the code. It can do it on its own. They have worked out how to code the best worker for a certain area and job type, claiming that it is the only thing they need to do. We’ll see how it pans out. The software thinks for me, or, to put it another way, it acts as a sounding board for my ideas about matching occupations with workers. And sometimes, it gives sound advice, which has made me quite profitable. Highly recommended!

Cons

I’d appreciate it if they introduced more flexible pricing plans so that a small company like mine can easily implement it in the system and eventually move to higher-priced ones. I understand that a lot of advanced coding is involved in developing this software, but I’d want to spend a little less if possible. Most of the features I need to operate efficiently are still in development. I am still waiting for the development phase to be complete.

Excellent predicitive AI functionality.
Pros

AI field has made my job a lot easier and error-free. I specifically enjoy the predictive/AI component, which allows me to match to the best technician for the job. The layout is perfect, and the calendar view simplifies scheduling and tracking progress. They have made the user interface attractive and easily understood, especially on mobile. What’s even great is that they have integrated Quickbooks on a deeper level than most, which is the only thing I need to simplify my bookkeeping.

Cons

One of the major disadvantages is that I do not have any control over the update process. Some updates are unnecessary and based on the reviews of other customers, I would like to delay them but cannot. I am forced to take all the updates to get the product updates I need. I hope the software developers will do something about this soon! Moreover, the GPS tracking of field personnel is supposed to be a game-changing feature, but I don’t find it very accurate.

Easy to use and very robust application.
Pros

My team usually struggles with new applications but this one was incredibly easy to use. It provides detailed information about our workers and their trips. The customer website and calendar are also very convenient.

Cons

Perhaps when it comes to learning some of the more advanced features, there is a slight learning curve but overall it is easy to use and implement.

Great tools for managing field service team
Pros

As a small local SME in Singapore, we can efficiently manage over 200 systems across the country with limited field staff, thanks to the excellent scheduling and calendar features of this software. Our field engineers particularly appreciate the mobile app which allows them to view work schedules and prepare before attending sites.

Cons

The company doesn't really utilize the inventory management feature due to various reasons which is a shame.

Game Changing Software
Pros

Having all my customers organized in one app along with the ability to record each visit or job done at their sites,is incredibly helpful. I also like the one on one Zoom training call with Jim, who showed me around and highlighted the best features of the software.

Pros

The software is user friendly and smooth. I particularly enjoy the SHERPA features. The flexibility of scheduling and the ability to update job statuses are fantastic. I also like the integration between administration, workers and customers, mainly through the customer application. Importing inventory and resources is a simple process and it is easy to develop additional features.

Cons

The automatic re scheduling of jobs and the ability to modify job durations on the Gantt chart view by dragging the bar would be great additions.
