Given the reliance on Airtable for critical business operations there's a risk of potential issues without customer support making the possibility of abandoning Airtable a real concern.

Airtable's naming conventions in the product can occasionally be a stumbling point for me. While not a dealbreaker it proves confusing to explain to stakeholders unfamiliar with the product extending the onboarding process more than anticipated.
