The functionality is mind-blowing. I use it for everything from client tracking to pipeline forecasts and it is such a powerful system.

I need a dedicated team member to fully understand and unlock Airtables potential. Its not something I can benefit from without this investment.

I find the workflow tracking and the option to create different project workspaces to be great features. It is handy to create calendars that can be linked to each cell in an Airtable view which allows me to keep multiple events organized, especially when scheduling.

There are a ton of features and it is a powerful tool. However, I find the ease of use lacking as it is not very user-friendly. It is not intuitive, mainly for someone just starting out. Watching the tutorials becomes essential when setting up workspaces for the first time.

This product has been a game changer for my company. As an Ecommerce business with inventory and teams, it has made setting up bases, automations and dashboards easy. It has streamlined order management for my team, reduced clutter and offered many features that have helped the business. I love that I can create multiple bases.

It has evolved over the years with updates, but I think the dashboard could be improved a bit more. They could definitely borrow some features from ClickUp, especially for tracking and notes.

It gets a bit hectic when I cannot close a task because I need to fill out multiple forms. However, it helps to update tasks in detail so that the next person can easily understand the context. Sometimes it behaves unpredictably.
