“I think good for databases but found overwhelming for daily task use”
Pros
I have used Airtable for task management, and its useful because of its wide range of customization options. It is like combining a spreadsheet with a database which is excellent for keeping everything organized.
Cons
I switched to Monday.com because it just worked better for me. Monday.com makes it super easy to see whos doing what and by when, with visual boards and automation features that reduce repetitive tasks. Plus, being able to chat and update tasks directly is incredibly handy. For keeping my tasks and projects on track, Monday.com became my go-to.

“Slight learning curve but rich featured database tool”
Pros
I have not come acorss a database use case that Airtable cannot handle. When we had complex requirements for a custom shift tracking application, we hired an Airtable developer and built out our tool exactly as needed.
Cons
I did like the calendar function to include more built-in features and offer more UI customization options, such as icons and tab colors.
