I've used this software longer than any other tool and I rely on it heavily. It has a unique set of features especially those that work well for the sales and marketing team which are genuinely outstanding. I also keep coming back to their dashboard since it's super easy to navigate and quickly pull up the exact information I need.

Cons

Customer support response times aren't the quickest though that may just be based on my own experience. It could also be because they're handling a very large client base. Besides that, there's nothing else that really bothers me.

Not the most user friendly interface and it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with how the project setup works and what you need to do to configure it properly.

Project scheduling, project progress tracking, project planning, task management and day to day operations management in Airtable keep supporting me every day with my business. The other helpful features included in it also make it easier to stay organized and on top of ongoing work.

Cons

I haven't run into any major gaps or problems so far. The app feels well designed and the interface is very user friendly. That said, I'd still love to see even more improvements in the next updates and future versions.

I use this to manage my inventory database and the flexibility is honestly a big win. Building out categories is easy and dropdown menus make it simple to tag items with one or even multiple categories. I also appreciate that everything lives in the cloud so I can access and update it from anywhere without juggling files.

Cons

One limitation is that when exporting to other spreadsheet friendly formats like CSV, you can't carry over its own formatting features.

There are a bunch of different ways to present information including table, Kanban, gallery, calendar, timeline and even forms. That flexibility makes it pretty easy to adapt the same kind of data for different audiences, whether you're building something for a CEO, marketing or finance teams.

Cons

Only major downside I've noticed is the per seat pricing. When you have several team members, the cost can add up quickly and I'd prefer it to be lower maybe charging full price only for the core team while giving "visitor" access with reduced pricing for people who don't need full access to the document.
