Lets me build my own project tracking spreadsheet using a form that includes all the onboarding information I need. After that setup, I can create custom views and workflows to track metrics and tags in a way that feels way beyond what I've used before. It honestly feels like I've been hunting for this kind of setup for years and I finally got it. The free plan fits my needs really well and I'm genuinely excited about it.

There's a small learning curve because the customization options can be difficult to figure out. It took a bit of time to understand how to use this in a practical way for my business.

The UI is genuinely strong, with distinct areas for work exercises, charts and messages. It feels a bit like setting up tasks on a whiteboard except you can do it on the web and it stays updated continuously. Pricing is also pretty reasonable for our estimated usage and it has a lot of flexibility. It's definitely powerful for group work but it also works well solo for staying organized around goals and deadlines.

Cons

I prefer software with a fixed one time price. With monthly billing, the total cost can add up over time. If there were an option to install it on our own servers, that would fit my preference much better.

Turned out to be a really useful tool for collecting and organizing research papers/articles for my day to day work, plus it makes it easy to share that information with teammates when needed. The setup and getting started process are pretty simple as well so I didn't get stuck trying to configure everything before I could use it.

Has a bit of a learning curve but it's manageable either by reaching out for help or by working it out step by step on your own. The bigger thing to watch is making sure you have the right permissions to do what you want with different access levels.

We've used this since the early release days and it's genuinely solved a bunch of issues for our Marketing team. Now we can plan, execute and share our strategies with people outside the team without it turning into chaos. What really stands out is how customizable everything is. Users can build exactly what they need either from scratch or by starting from a wide range of templates. Overall, it feels like a powerful and versatile platform.

Cons

The part that frustrates me most is that it's basically self service. There are tons of blogs, tutorials and resources but once you've built something from the ground up (which is what we did) and you're on a smaller team (under 20 users), there doesn't seem to be an option for one on one support. I'm thinking about things like a base audit or help setting up more complex setups especially where automations might be useful but we don't fully know how to configure or leverage them. A lot of it comes down to having an exceptionally proactive, knowledgeable admin for the base and that's tough to rely on. I'd really like to see a mid tier pricing option that includes dedicated customer support.
