“pulls data across sources”
Pros
If you're into spreadsheets, it is going to feel right at home. It lets you bring information in from multiple sources and the available integrations make it possible to connect a lot more related data to a specific cell than you'd expect.
Cons
Browsing and organization using tabs and filters can feel a little cluttered and I wish the layout were a bit cleaner.

“convenient for follow ups”
Pros
I used this platform to manage sign ups for our dance studio's Free Trial Class program and the setup really paid off. Our online form was connected directly to Airtable so every new submission automatically landed in the right place without manual copying. It also made it simple to review requests by status whenever we needed to follow up.
Cons
Switching information between worksheets turned into a bit of a chore. I also wish there were controls to reorder labeled sections the way the user wants, instead of being stuck with the sequence they were entered. On top of that consistent color coding for labels across different worksheets would've been helpful so everything looks and works the same regardless of where you're viewing it.

“clear file status tracking”
Pros
This product helps us stay on top of files, with a clear view of each file's status and which team member is working on it.
Cons
It would have been even better if it made it simpler to link items across different sheets.

“linked records make workflows smooth”
Pros
Linking records between tables is really simple. I'm able to add new records and keep everything organized which makes it work really well as a workspace for all the different social media content I'm creating.
Cons
Everything has been working well so far this tool is giving off positive vibes because it helps me manage my tasks much more easily.

“strong reporting for large projects”
Pros
Makes my workflow and task assignment a lot easier when I'm dealing with bigger projects. The reporting and analytics are genuinely detailed and that extra visibility helps me track progress without guessing.

“awesome ways to view data”
Pros
I enjoy how many different ways the app lets you view your data. It's been surprisingly flexible for exploring the same information from different angles.
Cons
Short video tutorials are helpful but when you're first setting up an account, it would be even better to have clear visual, step by step instructions right from the start.

“solid timeline coordination for campaigns”
Pros
This has been really useful for coordinating a bunch of tasks across a timeline. We schedule monthly social media campaigns with it and the way it's set up works well for us. Copywriters work in their section, video lives in another and graphics have their own area too. The macro view makes it easy to keep an eye on the overall strategy while you're organizing and deploying the different parts of the project so everything stays on track.
Cons
Mobile usability is pretty weak though that might be more about the tool's design than the app itself. Trying to access tasks and the relevant info on anything other than a desktop can be a headache and the inconvenience ends up outweighing any convenience you get from having it accessible on the go.

“clean UI”
Pros
The UI feels really polished and migrating data between different file types is easy. There's also a convenient way to share databases publicly which makes collaboration and publishing much simpler.

Chart tools aren't quite as mature as Excel or some of the more advanced spreadsheet platforms.

“Easy to customize”
Pros
Project management tasks, checklists and document management are all built into the software and it's honestly the only tool I've come across that ties all of that together with tables. Customizing it and setting up integrations feels simple. Because it's so flexible for organizing projects and activities in different ways, it lets me focus on the work itself instead of fighting the software. The interface is also visually clean and updates are shown in a logical sequence which makes it a great fit for how I stay organized. I use spaces, folders and lists to structure everything and there are a lot of possible setups depending on what you're doing.
Cons
Occasionally the server runs slow and I've run into a few errors that don't seem very helpful. Even with that, the support team has always been friendly and quick to respond. I'd also love an easier way to import attachments from my messages since that part could be improved by connecting with more applications.

“highly versatile system”
Pros
It's a highly versatile system that gives us multiple perspectives on the basics so we can monitor and follow the team's progress from different locations and different working environments. On top of that it's a software platform where people can build the exact solutions they need, helping drive innovation and improving business agility.
Cons
Haven't run into anything I genuinely dislike so far. I'm currently switching over from my existing calendar setup to this and that transition takes some time but it's something I expect with any move like this.

“Matches whatever your business need”
Pros
I like that you can customize the setup to match whatever your business needs. Workflow management all runs through it which makes it easy to organize things in one place. It also lets you automate a lot of the repetitive, boring tasks that usually eat up time.
Cons
You do need to block out some time to customize and set it up. The process is pretty simple but if you don't have much IT/computer know how, you might end up hiring someone to handle the initial configuration.

“custom forms”
Pros
Very easy to work with once you get the hang of it and it really covers the basics for data collection, day to day data management and reporting. We especially enjoy creating custom forms to capture information directly into records which cuts down the time employees spend juggling spreadsheets or logging things manually. The mobile capabilities are solid too using it on the go from a phone lets the team keep moving without being stuck at a desk. Overall, it feels like our data is both secure and accessible whenever we need it.
Cons
Takes time to learn how to use it properly particularly for admins and new users. Onboarding effort can slow things down when we bring new employees to the team especially if they're not already comfortable working with data management platforms.

“powerful task management for projects”
Pros
I've been using Airtable for around a year now and I've genuinely gotten dependent on it for day to day work. It gives you solid task management and helps you stay highly productive by the end of the day. It's especially useful for project managers and business owners who want to keep everything organized in one place. Overall, I'd recommend it without hesitation.
Cons
Everything about it feels well put together to me so there's no strong reason to tweak anything. The best move is just to keep using it and move forward.

“flexible project hub”
Pros
Super simple to organize all the key project info in one place for team collaboration. The interface is clean and the overall design is really pleasant to use. It also plays nicely with other tools thanks to solid software integrations. Setup is flexible enough to match how our team works instead of forcing one approach.
Cons
There's a learning curve if you want to become really proficient and it can take a little time to get there. The email integration could be tighter using it alongside this would make day to day workflows more productive. Mobile usability isn't as strong as the desktop experience and the pricing can add up once you start using more features.

“excellent automations”
Pros
We've always relied on Google Sheets but after setting up a business hub in Softr, we switched to this as our database. The setup and day to day use are really simple and the automation options are solid. You can trigger notifications when fields or tables change which makes it much easier to stay on top of customer management. The interface feels like Excel or Sheets, just more user friendly. Plus, the fact it's free is a nice bonus.
Cons
No real complaints have come up so far. The only minor thing we've noticed is the option to change the colour of specific fields there may be a way to do it, we just haven't looked it up yet. That's the only potential downside that comes to mind.

“strong onboarding despite steep learning curve”
Pros
From my perspective, the standout feature is how well the system stays connected across tasks. In my role, I'm able to create a user entry and their details and then use that information effortlessly on a separate page.
Cons
The onboarding learning curve feels a bit steep at first. It does share some similarities with spreadsheets so it's not completely unfamiliar but the platform has a few limitations that spreadsheets don't so depending on what you need, the inflexibility might make the price harder to justify.

“Solid cross team collaboration”
Pros
This is a really solid tool for cross collaboration. You can set deadlines and milestones for tasks both automatically and manually which keeps everyone aligned. It also shines when you're juggling multiple client workspaces at the same time. With live links inside your templates, it's much easier for a whole group to work together on the same material. I also like how flexible it is you can mix and match components depending on what you need, whether that's asset management or planning out social media posts. Overall it feels like a great option for building a flexible database and teammates can each pick their own preferred view while still working from the same underlying data.
Cons
Interface is well designed but there's still a learning curve as you get comfortable with all the features and workflows it offers. Also some desktop focused functions (like sorting) don't perform as smoothly on mobile compared to desktop.

Pros
You can hook this software up to pretty much any tool you use. I've connected it to blog RSS feeds, NPS scores, surveys, Google Search Console and a bunch of other sources without much hassle.
Cons

“powerful database”
Pros
Even though a lot of people compare it to Excel, I've been using it more like a Notion style database which suits me perfectly. The idea of connecting tasks, tags, categories, notes and a bunch of other fields in a single place is really useful. We're also using it with my online classes to collect surveys, applications and other data. Being able to share and publish the kind of results you build has been a big win I'm genuinely enjoying what it can produce.
Cons
Does take a bit of time to get comfortable and fully understand how everything fits together. The learning curve was something I only started appreciating after I spoke with a prospect who kept sharing tips and little hacks along the way. Short, bite sized instructions definitely helped make it easier to digest so I'd love more of that upfront.
