Content marketing management hasn't been as satisfying for me and I don't feel it matches the same level of usefulness I get from the digital video production side.

I don't have many direct alternatives to compare it against but when I think about Google Sheets or basic Excel, those feel way more boring to build with. They don't really give you the flexibility to make things look and feel the way you want especially when you're aiming for aesthetically pleasing tables. It's also great for designing nicer page interfaces and you can connect different sections of a single page together instead of everything feeling disconnected. Collaboration is also a step up versus competing tools. The team features feel more "on another level," and I particularly value the two different interfaces so one experience is published for everyone, while the other is restricted to just you. That split has been genuinely useful for how I structure work and share it.

Cons

Occasionally the published site lags and it shows up most when I switch between pages inside the same published base. Even with super fast internet and a new Mac, there's still about a second or two of delay before the next page loads. The template guide is another weak spot. If you're not planning to build something in categories like finance, hiring or managing teams, the options don't feel very helpful. I created a page about laws governing the use of AI but I ended up using a hiring template because there wasn't anything closer so it ended up being a bit off topic. It would be better if the company expanded template coverage to include areas like blog posting, reviewing legislation or publishing news related content.

The categories/labels help a ton with visibility, like knowing whether a card is "in progress" or "complete," without guessing where things stand.

Setting everything up took more time than I expected and felt a bit confusing at first but after watching a YouTube walkthrough it all clicked. Besides that initial learning curve, there's nothing I'd complain about.
