The way it functions is hard to beat and the level of customization you get is fantastic. The automations, in particular, have been a real lifesaver for keeping things running without constant manual updates.

Feels unbearably expensive for a solo business especially when you also want your clients to be able to use the platform. It would make a lot more sense if collaborator billing were offered on a tiered setup or if the admin/owner plan cost a bit more so collaborators wouldn't have to be billed separately.

After everything is configured, entering data is very simple and the information stays neatly organized.

Cons

Getting started is the tough part as setup and getting everything added takes a while. The interface feels daunting at first and its a bit difficult to use so it can be frustrating to get going. It also takes a long time to get used to if you have average experience.

I like how it pulls in and manages Google spreadsheet data. The setup and workflow around the spreadsheet feels practical and well thought out especially when you're working directly with that type of input.

There's a small learning curve at the start and it's best suited for simpler projects rather than more complex setups.

Lets me visualize projects in a bunch of different ways and that flexibility really helps team management since everyone can work using the view style they prefer. Adding labels to tasks is easy and the reporting options come in multiple formats with a lot of customization. There are plenty of platforms that connect with it so I can link external tools and speed up my workflow. Even automating parts of how I handle project management feels very doable with the right connections. The form feature is also solid. I can capture data and then use it directly in the projects I'm working on without losing momentum. On top of that the mobile app feels pretty complete which is handy when I need to update or handle tasks but only have my phone available. Everything runs on the go so the workflow stays fluid rather than getting stuck waiting for a computer.

Cons

As it has expanded and more features have been added, a learning curve showed up that wasn't there at the start. On top of that pricing has crept up over time and it doesn't feel fully justified other tools seem more attractive and easier to access because they offer similar capabilities while keeping costs more reasonable for both individuals and companies. Another limitation I've bumped into is the size cap on attached files for each base. It would make sense for upload limits to vary based on the plan but the platform doesn't seem to handle that so even with a higher tier plan, file attachment size can still block me from adding important documents. It does accept basically any file type which makes the restriction a bit more tolerable but it still remains a real constraint.

Free plan feels a little restricted and the paid tiers are fairly pricey. I'd love an intermediate, lower cost option in between those two.

Simple to use and the workspace setup feels pretty flexible. The collaboration features are also a strong plus everything is laid out in a way that makes teaming up with others very convenient.

After the first few users, it becomes quite expensive especially when you're working with freelancers since the plan charges per user/collaborator in the same workspace.

Really handy for staying on top of project status and even tracking work that's still left undone. On top of that you can create forms that automatically populate your workspace like a spreadsheet which is genuinely useful. I also like that it supports more advanced relational data structures as it has features that many other competitors don't seem to be matching.

Cons

A couple of things could be improved. Reporting and analytics aren't as strong as they could be so it's harder for teams to clearly see what's going well versus what might need adjustment based on the data. Also, the sheer number of customization options can feel a bit overwhelming at times.
