Great user interface.
Pros

I like the user interface and how it meets all of our requirements for performing all of the functions. I particularly like that it contains the positions of Brand Owner and Product Manager, as well as the multiple schemes that cover all project management paths. I enjoy how Amplitude allows us to interchange chart changes and versions without having to save them, as well as how we can develop dashboards for our team to track important data in one spot.

Cons

I havent faced much difficulty using Amplitude since its generally well-made. But I believe it requires more automation to reduce as much manual work as possible, as we presently require a lot of human effort, which I find inconvenient at times. This is probably the only issue I can pinpoint that requires some improvements. Otherwise, its a great software.

Makes everyday tasks more efficient.
Pros

I began using amplitude a few months ago and found it to be very different than what I was used to, at least initially. The more I used it, the easier it became and I was surprised how much more efficient I have become at everyday tasks. The user interface is simple, and I can simply construct charts and dashboards here. It also helps that I can include my team in the analysis to factor in multiple opinions and reach a conclusion faster.

Cons

I think that the software is complete and theres nothing thats really holding it back. All the functions are working properly how they should be. However, the only problem is that they have their path finding tool in the paid plan, if that could be placed in a free plan, it would help a lot of consumers and also prevent them from migrating to other apps.

Powerful Functionality.
Pros

The technology has enabled us to learn how users interact with our app and make crucial business decisions based on this knowledge. Amplitude is no doubt one of the most simple tools to implement while still being extremely powerful. It has opened up so many ways in which we can simply monitor any part of our users experience within the app, and utilize the web front to produce fantastic charts and graphs that provide full insight into the users experience.

Cons

The only thing I didnt like was that user properties are only changed when an event occurs. I would prefer that they be updated independently. It would give us greater control and allow easier management of the profiles. The customer support is not great at receiving suggestions and I dont think they have ever forwarded any of mine to the higher management.

Excellent for team collaborations.
Pros

I was desperately in search of a platform that would allow me and my team to interact with each other when pulling and analyzing product data and thought that Amplitude is a good place to start. I am amazed by the number of features they managed to offer at this price. I use Amplitude to design, for example, user funnels and quickly share them with others. I can also make a dashboard to keep all of my and my team’s essential KPIs in one place, which may be quite useful if someone’s a busy product marketer like myself.

Cons

They have tried to make it the most complete software, which has its downsides. The UI is very clunky and navigating through the panes is a chore. Although I became accustomed to their navigation with time, it was definitely frustrating at first. I also wish they would properly describe the features in their documentation. This would allow me to better utilize them and know which one needs to be focused on more than others.
