“Productive project collaboration”
Pros
Creating and managing projects in it is very easy and working together with other employees is just as simple. It really helps keep everyone aligned and makes the team more productive overall.
Cons
Using the software and getting familiar with its many features has been very easy from the start. So no complaints!

“Easy app for small teams”
Pros
Simple and easy to use, with an excellent mobile app and a reliable notification system. It also offers useful features for small teams at no cost.
Cons
One limitation is the lack of support for advanced formatting options when writing tasks.

“Fantastic for team collaboration”
Pros
Collaborating in Asana has been a huge help especially when dealing with complicated projects that need to be broken down into clear, manageable steps. It does a really nice job of organizing everything into tasks and subtasks and each one has its own space for descriptions, comments, files, due dates, status updates, ownership and more. That setup makes it much easier to follow progress and keep everyone aligned.
Cons
The thing that could be better is the way timestamps appear in comments. Instead of always showing the exact date, it often says things like 2 days ago or 10 days ago. I'd much rather see the actual date a comment was posted since that would make tracking conversations much more accurate and a little more convenient.

“Modern task tracking delight”
Pros
This tool is easy to use and the interface looks modern and professional. It makes tracking tasks and projects really simple.
Cons
At times finding a specific task from the past can be tricky. There's also a bug in advanced search when you start choosing fields while some letters are still left in the search bar.

“Fantastic for team project visibility”
Pros
Working across a lot of projects, this program has been a really amazing fit. I have used it in two very different settings, first at a yoga teacher training school and now at a law firm and it has worked well in both. Everything is organized in a way that's clear and manageable which helps me get tasks out of my head and into one place. It also makes it much easier for my coworkers to see where I am on projects in case someone needs to step in. The shared interface is one of my favorite parts because it keeps everyone connected while still presenting each project in a way that feels structured and easy to follow.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints since we mostly use it over and over for the basic features. From my perspective, it's been very user friendly and I just haven't explored it deeply enough to say what could be improved.

“Powerful task tracking features”
Pros
Asana covers most of the functionality we need especially for grouping tasks, tracking progress and monitoring both tasks and projects. One of the biggest advantages is the sub-task feature which really helps organize work in a more detailed way.
Cons
One thing that still needs improvement is the ability to better customize or modify the user environment, as it could be more optimized for different user preferences.

“Simple setup process”
Pros
It is pretty user friendly and even beginners can pick it up without much effort. Also it helps that there's a desktop app available while the web version works well too so you can use whichever is more convenient. Having a free version to start with is another nice bonus.
Cons
Compared with other task management tools, it seems less interactive. It's also not the strongest option for work that needs more visual or graphic-heavy planning and it doesn't include resource management features.

“Project visibility”
Pros
This gives full visibility into every stage of a project, makes sure tasks are assigned to the right people, helps with time organization, supports multiple users and offers a high level of customization.
Cons
There are so many features that it can get confusing with all the available options. They could provide more tutorials.

“better team visibility now”
Pros
With Asana,I can clearly see each team member's capacity. It takes away any excuses around workload since I always know what's happening across the team.
Cons
I really don't have any issues with how it works. It's been very good overall. If anything, I'd just like the interface to be a bit more colorful.

“user friendly workflow”
Pros
Overall the platform seems very user friendly. Deployment was quick so it didn't take long to have everything up and running.
Cons
It would be even better with more reporting options. I'd also like to see more flexibility for end users especially when it comes to configuring details like the names of steps in different processes.

“Simple navigation”
Pros
I find it pretty easy to use compared to a lot of other tools I use at work. Most software takes a while to learn but this one was very simple to navigate and my coworkers seemed to adjust to it just as quickly.
Cons
That simplicity was definitely a plus but it also feels tied to the fact that the app doesn't include many extra features. We mostly used it to organize day to day work and plan tasks and we often ran into missing functions, like being able to connect related tasks or block one task until another was completed.

“Fantastic for marketing teams”
Pros
Asana has been a big help especially for marketing work. It makes it clear what each team member is doing and helps distribute tasks in an efficient way. You can assign the person responsible for each task, set the urgency level, leave comments, give likes and add a deadline to keep everything organized.
Cons
The downside is that if your team has more than 15 people, you need to pay for a plan since the free version only covers smaller teams.
