“simple to use tool”
Pros
Not only is it easy to use but it's also simple to roll out when everyone is aligned on how it should be structured.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is broader CRM integration especially with HubSpot. We rely heavily on forms and while the built-in forms work well for collecting requests, that's about where the process ends. It would be much better if there were a stronger way to notify requesters that their submission was received and that the project is already in progress.

“Reliable task scheduling boost”
Pros
Task management and scheduling made the biggest difference for me. The platform is pretty simple to work with and bringing it into my business operations didn't take much effort at all.
Cons
The notification system still needs work. There were times when updates never showed up in my alerts which caused me to fall behind on tasks and occasionally left clients unhappy.

“Reliable tracking”
Pros
Asana stays updated with tracking features that keep all of my projects and tasks organized in one place. Their customer support is also quite fast and the answers we get are clear, accurate and straight to the point. It's really useful for creating tasks and smaller projects and being able to attach files to them adds a lot of value. I also appreciate that assigning specific responsibilities to team members doesn't come with any time restriction.
Cons
One limitation that stands out to me is that it isn't very flexible. Like with most software, there are times when I want it to handle something that it simply cannot. A good example is subtasks as when one is created, it doesn't automatically take on the same settings or parameters as the parent task.

“Organizing finally felt possible”
Pros
Seeing the ads for Asana is what brought me in and I am genuinely glad it did. At the time, I was launching my business and everything felt pretty overwhelming so having something that made organization seem possible was really encouraging. If I had realized earlier how affordable it was, I honestly would have signed up much sooner.
Cons
At first I wasn't very sure how to begin organizing things or how to separate projects from tasks in a way that made sense. That part was confusing early on although it has improved as I have learned more of the features. Looking at examples of how other people use the platform has been especially helpful.

“Flexible features on the free plan”
Pros
Even on the free plan it includes nearly everything you get with a paid account, aside from private projects. The interface is user friendly and both the UI and overall experience are simple to navigate. Its biggest strength is how flexible it is since you can choose the kind of work you want to track and set it up exactly the way you need.
Cons
The mobile app is missing Task Templates which is a drawback. Also, users tagged in Task Templates cannot be reassigned to other people when someone else steps into the same role. Another downside is that chat support isn't included with any subscription tier.

“Team alignment that delivers”
Pros
Nothing gets overlooked with Asana. It keeps our team aligned really well and the mobile app plus Slack integration make it even more useful in day to day work.
Cons
I feel like it could be stronger when it comes to handling a very high volume of tasks especially with features like AI scheduling, prioritization or time blocking. The Gmail integration also doesn't work the way it should.

“user friendly tracking features”
Pros
The basic functions seem very user friendly and the platform is easy to use. Making edits is simple and seeing when items were changed or updated is really helpful for tracking progress.
Cons
It seems like the product probably has more shortcuts and efficiency features available but it's not very clear how to discover those extra ways to optimize using it.

Pros
Being able to share projects and hand them off across our different teams such as sales, design, interns and others has been really helpful.

“Marketing visibility across teams”
Pros
Working in marketing means coordinating with several sub-teams that each handle different areas and this platform makes that much easier. I really appreciate being able to see what every team is currently working on so everyone stays informed and has a clear sense of what the others are doing.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a way to sync my personal deadlines from sub-tasks with Google Calendar so I can send myself reminders about when specific projects need to be finished.

“Task updates made simple”
Pros
Posting any tasks I need to send to management is really easy with it which I like a lot.
Cons
I do not have any real complaints about it. It has been very helpful for managing my time and I no longer need to make several phone calls and follow them up with text messages. I can just upload a photo along with a description of what needs to be done.

Pros
Integrating this software into our business was very easy and we started using it properly in no time. Overall it has made our work much more efficient and helps a lot with tracking larger tasks and projects.
Cons
I genuinely enjoy using the app although every now and then it has a rare glitch where some saved tasks don't update properly. Aside from that, it's been very useful.

“Flexible task views”
Pros
Having several ways to look at the same tasks is really useful, whether it's the overview, list, board, calendar, timeline or other views. Being able to tag specific users on tasks is another feature that helps a lot. On top of that the customer support team responds fast and does a good job resolving questions.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints about the tool itself. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the per-seat pricing feels expensive especially for a startup. Other than that, everything has been excellent.
