“provide workflow clarity”
Pros
Being able to map out workflows and set clear ownership for tasks has been a total game changer.
Cons
It offers several project view layouts and that can be confusing for people who need a specific one, like the timeline but are shown the default list view first.

“Helpful recurring task scheduling”
Pros
Using Asana has been very user friendly and the recurring task feature helps a lot with keeping daily responsibilities in mind. It also makes planning and scheduling tasks much more manageable.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having more color options to clearly mark urgent tasks and quickly tell them apart from others.

“Reliable features”
Pros
This software is fast and user friendly. We tried it during the free trial and while it was not the right fit for us, access and usability were definitely convenient.
Cons
There are more affordable alternatives on the market compared to this one. Aside from the pricing though, it stands out as one of the best options.

“Outstanding dashboards”
Pros
There's a lot of potential to use it across everyday work and the interface really stands out. The support team is also genuinely helpful and provides excellent assistance. Because of that, I have gotten very comfortable handling recurring tasks without relying on outdated team task management methods. I also really appreciate how clearly project information is analyzed and displayed on the dashboards.
Cons
I don't have enough good things to say about this software because since I began using it, it has helped me perform at my best.

“Versatile project views”
Pros
Being able to see the workflow of different projects in multiple formats is ideal. I really appreciate that I can add details for every stage my projects are in, break down tasks and schedule everything clearly which helps my work stay much more organized. It also integrates with some other tools I use and that makes my day to day routine even more practical.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues so far and I have been able to adapt without trouble to the tool's development and all of its updates.

“pretty organized tool”
Pros
It felt well organized overall and came with a lot of features.
Cons
Using it didn't seem very easy to me. The interface was quite complicated and setting up new projects and assigning people ended up being more confusing than expected. It took far too much time for something that's supposed to save time.

“its a lifesaver”
Pros
Keeping every to-do list in one place has been a huge help for me. Anything I need to remember, whether it's for work or personal life, goes straight in as a task. I also really appreciate being able to switch between different views depending on what I need At the moment like list, calendar or board and assigning projects or tasks to other people is super useful. One feature I rely on all the time is recurring tasks. I can set something up once and have it automatically come back when it's needed again which is especially helpful for yearly tasks that are incredibly easy to forget. The mobile app makes it simple to keep up with everything when I am away from my desk, too. I am so glad I came across it because I truly couldn't run my business without it.
Cons
There are probably a few small things that could be improved, such as having the option to adjust the size of the section tiles in board view so more smaller sections could fit on one screen without so much scrolling. That said, aside from little details like that, it works perfectly well the way it is.

“ideal for collaborative subtasks”
Pros
Compared with other task management tools I have used, this one is by far the simplest and most user friendly option out there. Setting up boards and deadline calendars feels effortless and the way subtasks drill down is excellent as everything stays organized and works really well for collaboration.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is an inbox that sorts tasks by the person who tagged you, instead of relying on such a broad notifications inbox.

“Quick task setup”
Pros
Coming from a designer's perspective, the interface seems modern and user friendly and moving through each project or task takes very few clicks. Adding tasks is also incredibly fast which helps a lot when ideas come up on the spot or when I need to paste in a full list of tasks at once.
Cons
A few basic features still feel absent, like being unable to hide completed tasks in the calendar view. On top of that paying for the mid-tier plan doesn't feel worth it because some features are still heavily restricted, while other platforms include them for free. It's also not ideal for solopreneurs since you're required to buy 2 seats.

“Top fantastic team collaboration hub”
Pros
Working with teammates from project setup to launch is incredibly easy with this software. My teams, the rest of the company and I rely on it every day. It's very user‑friendly and has become essential to how I get my work done.
Cons
The thing I'd love to see is a feature that can identify similarly named projects and recommend merging them. That would help avoid people creating duplicate tasks for the same issue or project.

“Useful calendar”
Pros
The calendar feature was the highlight for me. Even though the product has a lot to offer, it wasn't very easy to use and bringing it into my business took some work.
Cons
Project and day to day work organization could definitely be improved. The way projects are set up creates challenges when trying to roll it out across a whole organization. It reminds me of Smartsheet in that you can manage multiple projects and tasks but it feels less organized when setting up different teams or projects. Things can become cluttered pretty quickly.
