“Team collaboration that clicks”
Pros
Working together with teammates is easy and coordinating tasks with everyone is one of the biggest strengths of this tool.
Cons
This hasn't really been an issue for us since the platform has been working very well for our needs.

“Colorful boards for teamwork”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized is very manageable with the colorful board layout. Creating subtasks with shortcuts saves time and sharing tickets with the developer team is simple as well.
Cons
There's still room to customize it further. Every now and then, task tracking also runs into some issues.

“Organized tasks, clear communication”
Pros
Asana keeps everything organized and makes it very clear what needs to be handled now and what's coming up next in the workflow. It helps me stay on top of my to-do list in a way that feels structured and manageable. One of the biggest benefits is that it takes away the stress of feeling like I might be overlooking something. Our team also uses it for a lot of communication and having those conversations attached directly to each task makes a huge difference. It's much easier to go back and see what's already been discussed or completed instead of digging through old emails or scattered notes. Having everything in one place is incredibly helpful.
Cons
I'd really appreciate more customizable notification settings. At times my email gets overloaded with alerts from the platform but I also don't want to turn notifications off completely. It feels like there should be a better middle ground between getting too many updates and not getting enough.

“Everything organized in one place”
Pros
Having everything arranged in chronological order in one place has really put us at ease. Using it has made it much simpler to continuously monitor and manage both our internal and external documents, files, resolutions, notes and policies.
Cons
we have barely noticed any areas that need improvement. It performs better than other social media management tools especially compared with the software we were using before.

“Highly user friendly”
Pros
It is easy to use and the interface seems very user friendly. It's also highly customizable which makes it simple to adapt to different workflows and team needs.
Cons
One downside is the cost especially since Microsoft Planner is available at no extra charge as part of the O365 bundle.

“Powerful project tracking platform”
Pros
Asana is a very complete platform that makes project management much more manageable. Plus it covers everything from assigning tasks and communicating with team members to quickly checking the status of a project and the whole experience seems informative and user friendly.
Cons
The list view and inbox can feel visually overwhelming when reviewing projects. It would be much more helpful if that layout looked a bit more like an email interface.

Pros
Asana has been really useful for keeping my ideas organized without having to rely on spreadsheets. I use it to plan my to-do list items and schedule social media content and it fits that workflow really well.

“Keeps our team on track”
Pros
this has been the best thing since sliced bread for our team. Getting it up and running was incredibly simple and it's been easy to set up, update and adjust as needed. It does a wonderful job of keeping everyone aligned and making sure important tasks don't slip through the cracks. We're still discovering new ways to use it and we're really grateful to have it.
Cons
It really works best when everyone on the team is fully using it.

“Affordable team task manager”
Pros
Working with a team feels much more organized with Asana because of the way it is built for task management. I use it regularly for team projects and it helps me stay on top of my work far more efficiently. The pricing is also very reasonable and the value is strong considering features like file storage, activity logs and even offline access which lets you keep working from anywhere. Since it's cloud-based, it also integrates nicely with other tools like email and calendars making it easier to track communication and interactions.
Cons
Because it offers so many features and customization options, getting started can feel a bit confusing and overwhelming for new users. A beginner-friendly tutorial would make the onboarding experience much better.

“Simple onboarding alignment”
Pros
At its core it's a very simple tool with a light learning curve which makes it really useful for keeping both clients and internal teams aligned during implementation or onboarding.
Cons
On the visual side, it leans more toward a checklist format so it may not be the best fit for people who want a clearer progress bar or a more visual way to track how a project is moving along.

“Helpful tutorials”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use even without any prior project management experience. It made building roadmaps, assigning tasks to teammates and collaborating overall feel very manageable. The video tutorials were genuinely useful and their customer service was also really strong.
Cons
Creating templates was a bit tricky at first. There's definitely a learning curve and it can feel somewhat overwhelming if you're not used to project management software in general. Still, the video tutorials do help a lot if you take the time to work through them.

“Easy boards for teamwork”
Pros
A lot about this platform worked well for me. The interface seems very user friendly so getting around the application is fairly easy. Having separate boards for different tasks was especially helpful and the way it supports collaboration with teammates on those tasks is fantastic.
Cons
It comes with a huge number of features which is a plus but that can also make it confusing depending on what you are trying to accomplish. In some cases, it may feel like more than you actually need. There is also a bit of a learning curve before you fully understand how to use everything.

“Teams integration that boosts workflow”
Pros
Since our team already relies on Microsoft Teams for most communication and file sharing, having this connect so well with it has been a big plus. It fits into our workflow really nicely and being able to assign tasks directly from that portal is something I absolutely love.
Cons
It's a pretty minor issue but there are just so many options for everything that getting familiar with the product can feel a little confusing when you're first starting out.

“Reliable task organization, limited exports”
Pros
Asana is a smart app for organizing tasks efficiently and it also offers a wide range of features for users.
Cons

“Remote teamwork all in one place”
Pros
Working remotely feels much more connected with this software because I can stay in constant communication with my team the whole time. It really gives that in-office feeling even when everyone is at home. Having documents, conversations, tasks, lists and everything else kept in one system helps everyone stay organized and on the same page instead of dealing with endless back-and-forth emails between different people.
Cons
The only downside is that it can take a little while to get used to the layout and figure out where everything is. Once you learn how it's set up though, it becomes a real lifesaver.
