“Highly flexible planning”
Pros
The interface seems modern and visually appealing. It lets you plan work using either a Gantt chart or a calendar view which makes it easier to manage different types of projects. It also works really well for collaboration, whether your team is remote or in the office, regardless of the distance.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. It helps organize tasks in a way that makes prioritizing them on the fly very manageable and the boards are effective for keeping attention on the work that needs to be done.

“Powerful agile value”
Pros
Considering the price, Asana delivers a lot and feels like a very capable SaaS platform. It stands up well against Jira and other tools built for Agile and Scrum workflows.
Cons
At times the interface isn't very user friendly and it can take a while before team members fully understand how to use everything properly.

“Tracking done right”
Pros
It does a really good job helping teams organize tasks, keep track of progress and manage their work in an effective way.
Cons
It can be difficult to figure out if you're not familiar with all the available options and once a project is created, there's no way to switch its type.

“Needlessly complicated”
Pros
Nothing about this software worked well for me. It felt unnecessarily complicated and you cannot really get anything done in a single step. Even basic actions take extra digging and figuring things out first.
Cons
I really hated this product. To me, it was a complete waste of money.

“Clean interface choice”
Pros
Compared with some of the slower tools I used before, this one seems very responsive and professional. The interface is clean, minimal and pleasant to work in which is something I really appreciate.
Cons
One part I am not a fan of is the issue tagging setup. Users have to create and define their own custom sprint and issue buckets and it would have been much better if those were pre-populated based on common use cases.

“Team organization that keeps projects moving”
Pros
With its range of features, Asana kept my team organized and helped our projects continue moving ahead without losing track of tasks.
Cons
The issue with the free version was that other users could still view projects they weren't specifically added to, regardless of the access that should have been limited.

Pros
One thing I like most is being able to use it as an alternative for field teams and the fact that it's voted the #1 most affordable option makes it even better.
Cons

“Clear teamwork”
Pros
It has been a simple, user friendly platform for our team to use. It improves internal collaboration, keeps projects and tasks organized by priority and gives better visibility into each person's work which helps spot productivity issues. The list view makes it very clear for everyone to see what needs to be done and when it should be done.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike about this platform.

“Versatile hub for team projects”
Pros
Whatever a business needs to use it for, the feature set is broad enough to cover it. They keep adding new features and capabilities which makes the platform even more valuable over time. It works really well for collaborating with companies and larger organizations. Having one central online place to manage customer, marketing and internal initiatives while keeping records organized is a major advantage.
Cons
One area that could use attention is the search function since it needs better filtering and customization options to be more in line with other tools. Drag-and-drop also isn't available in every setting. At times moving a task from one group to another can feel a bit tedious.

“Easy interface”
Pros
The interface is simple and user friendly. The web app is fast, responsive and easy to use which makes handling tasks much more productive. It also allows users to set up separate projects for different task lists which helps keep work organized. The only catch is that the free version puts a cap on how many task lists and projects you can create. Other than that restriction the overall experience has been very good.
Cons
My biggest concern is the limit on creating new projects and task lists in the free version. That restriction becomes frustrating because it makes the free plan hard to rely on for long-term use. If they raised the allowed number of projects and task lists or removed the cap entirely, I think it would be a really valuable option for both students and working professionals.

“Powerful team workflows”
Pros
Working with different stakeholders is much simpler because collaboration happens in real time. The onboarding process is smooth and being able to set up multiple spaces for separate teams is really useful. Milestone tracking, the timeline view and workflow features are some of the best parts of the product.
Cons
Getting email notifications for every single task or change is unnecessary. Also, creating subtasks or linking one ticket to another feels messy and can leave users dealing with unnecessary confusion.

“Flexible teamwork from anywhere”
Pros
Asana makes team coordination much more manageable thanks to its user friendly interface and team management features. It also helps cut down on email clutter because notes and files can be added directly inside tasks. Another big advantage is that it works across all devices which makes it much simpler to keep track of work and stay in control from anywhere.
Cons
At the beginning it took a little time to adapt to which is pretty common with tools like this. Once I got familiar with it though I didn't run into any issues and found it very easy to use.

“Project tracking lifesaver”
Pros
The best thing for anyone with a packed schedule. I have not seen another tool that tracks, manages and integrates projects across a team better. Whoever came up with it honestly deserves a crown.
Cons
