“Powerful task prioritization”
Pros
Project management, task tracking and prioritization have been the most useful parts of Asana for my team.
Cons
There's definitely a small adjustment period if you're coming from other project management platforms. It took me some time to get comfortable with the interface.

“Team workflow made simple”
Pros
Managing a process with it is pretty easy, no matter how many people are on the team. Even without any project management background, everyone can jump in and start working without trouble.
Cons
The way documents are shared still seems like something that could be improved.

“Team visibility that delivers”
Pros
Asana gives our team a really user friendly place to collaborate and share updates with each other. It makes it simple for everyone to see which tasks are still pending and which ones have already been completed so staying aligned is much easier.
Cons
It's a really strong tool Overall and the one thing I'd still love to see is better compatibility with third-party apps especially calendars and email services from other providers.

“Remote teamwork but too demanding”
Pros
Being able to stay in touch with people while working remotely was a really helpful part of using it.
Cons
Having to stay on it all day just to keep track of updates got tiring so we ended up moving over to Trello.

“Powerful collaboration hub”
Pros
Working across teams is no longer a problem. It comes with a broad set of features and the dashboard style interface puts a lot of useful information in front of you at the same time without feeling limiting. Communication with other project members is also very convenient which helps keep everything aligned.
Cons
For my needs, the feature set covered everything well so I didn't really run into any issues with the tool itself. The only downside for me was the pricing.

“Flexible task tracking win”
Pros
It makes it clear who is responsible for each task and the deadline attached to it. The platform feels very flexible and well organized and it does a really good job of letting you break larger projects into smaller, manageable steps.
Cons
there's nothing to complain about here. The UX is very user friendly, it's simple to use and being able to visualize the work makes everything even more convenient.

“Powerful gantt tracking”
Pros
Running marketing and communications campaigns with lots of small, date specific deliverables makes Asana especially valuable for us. Its built-in Gantt chart is something I really cannot replace because all of our processes connect to each other and if even one post gets missed, the rest of the campaign has to be pushed back. Compared with similar project management tools, it works better for one simple reason that is it's simple to use. The Kanban-style interface also makes it very practical for day to day task management. When team members start procrastinating, spend too much time on low-priority work or stretch their coffee breaks, the progress tracking tools help me keep a close eye on everything and improve productivity through micromanagement. I am often away from the office for off-campus meetings and when I am not physically there some staff tend to relax and delay their work. The mobile app makes a big difference because I can update tasks from anywhere. It also gives detailed fields to fill in, including the person responsible for a task, milestones for larger projects, deadlines and the level of importance.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is the email spam especially the marketing-related notifications sent to our inboxes. They take up time, nobody really reads them and it just adds extra work having to delete every useless email that comes in.

“Powerful task organization”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use yet it still offers a very powerful set of features. One thing I really like is being able to assign tasks to multiple projects at once through multi-homing. I also really enjoy how work is organized in My Tasks and the inbox is useful for focusing on today's tasks while also keeping up with any updates.
Cons
The only downside is that the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming at times.

“Smooth syncing”
Pros
Out of all the task and workload management tools I have used, this one really stands out with some of the best syncing capabilities. Collaboration seems easy throughout and the platform is very simple to use.
Cons
Even though it's an excellent product, the large number of features can make it feel a little crowded at times. A more stripped-down approach could improve the overall experience though it doesn't really take away from usability.

“Flexible workflows”
Pros
It is modern and pleasant to use. The performance is excellent, the interface looks really good and it's simple to understand. I also like the color scheme and the platform gives teams a lot of flexibility to build custom systems so they can keep the right information visible without stuffing every ticket or task with an overwhelming amount of detail. Overall it's genuinely enjoyable to work in.
Cons
The per-user pricing model may be common but it's a poor fit for organizations that want clients to have visibility into project progress. Other tools we use handle this better by offering guest passes.

Pros
It is user friendly, simple to navigate and highly customizable. It can display the same work in several visual formats At the same time which makes it convenient since each coworker can track tasks, assignments and progress in the way that suits them best.

“reliable cloud collaboration”
Pros
This is a capable platform with strong functionality, good compatibility and a cloud-based interface that works well for cross-platform sharing. Performance is fast and the pricing feels reasonable for what it offers.
Cons
The biggest weak spots are usability and setup. Getting started isn't as easy as it should be, the interface could be more user friendly and overall efficiency could be better in day to day use.

“Powerful collaboration”
Pros
Compared with Trello and most other alternatives it is on another level for project and task management as well as team collaboration. It makes remote teamwork pretty hassle free, integrates with almost everything you'd want to use like Gmail and calendars and gives you plenty of ways to customize the platform. On top of that you can export boards and tasks into Excel which is really useful.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides. If anything, the interface could use a few refinements and it would be nice to see broader support for more third-party apps.
