“Fantastic for remote teamwork”

Pros

It is easy to use and it had just the right mix of extra features without feeling overloaded. The ability to connect a time-tracking app and log hours against specific projects was really useful. It also worked well for collaborating with remote teammates which helped us stay on schedule and keep projects within budget.

Cons

My only real complaint is that it can feel a bit sterile at times. The layout comes across somewhat spreadsheet-like and it's possible to lose your place when navigating through subpages.

Pros

This one is simple, efficient and very user‑friendly. Almost anyone can jump in and start using it without much trouble. Plus it really keeps work moving and there's a satisfying sense of progress every time you check tasks off the list.

Cons

The interface could be improved a bit though because the hide and task completion icons are not always very noticeable. At times that lack of visibility causes confusion for my team when navigating the UI.

Using it has made a big difference in how I organize my work and it helps me get better results overall.

I'd still like to see some improvements to the app's options and list features since they could be a bit more developed.

At first the number of ways to organize everything felt a bit overwhelming. That said, I can see how that level of flexibility would be a real advantage for experienced project managers who already understand different workflow styles.

Asana has been a really impressive tool for managing tasks and keeping track of progress.

The software is pretty simple to use and the interface is clean and modern. Since it's web based and also available as a desktop app, everything integrates together nicely. Putting project requirements in place works really well and making changes or updates along the way is simple. Reporting on projects is also fast and effortless, with updates going out to senior managers automatically. Working with colleagues is easy too especially when creating tasks and assigning them across the team.

Cons

One thing that feels a bit awkward is the desktop app login process since it redirects to a web-based login and then back again. That part comes across as a little more complicated than it should be.

“Kanban workflow that delivers”

Pros

As a small company this works really well for handling projects and day to day task management. The standout part is the Kanban style interface and features like the different project views and team collaboration are easy to use.

Cons

The web app is excellent but the mobile version is much harder to work with. It feels cluttered and that ends up hurting productivity.

There's a lot of value in the advanced customization options especially if you need a more tailored setup.

Its layout is hard to figure out At first and it doesn't feel like the best match for smaller companies. It can also be pretty overwhelming to use.

The admin area is well done and the task management features work even better.

I haven't come across any drawbacks with this software.

Using this product is very easy and it does a really good job of keeping the entire team aligned and on schedule.

The thing that could be better is the notifications. It would help to get alerts when a task is coming up soon and it would also be useful if project managers could set notifications themselves.

It is very user friendly and simple which makes it simple to get comfortable with and use day to day.

One downside is the task assignment setup isn't that strong. From what I have seen, only one user can be assigned to a task at a time.

Creating subtasks, adding comments and assigning responsible teammates is very easy. Also the customer service is excellent and having a desktop version is a big plus.

One thing I couldn't figure out was how to turn off email notifications for certain functions.

It works really well for me because it has everything I need to manage my projects. I can keep all my tasks organized and even sync them across multiple projects.

The part I am not as happy with is that it doesn't feel as visual as other similar tools I have used. If it had a more visual interface, it would be the perfect tool for me.

The interface is pleasant to look at and at the same time it gives me a full view of everything I need to track in an ongoing project with multiple steps.

Since I hadn't used this kind of software before, it took a little time to get familiar with and explore the features. Still, it feels much more manageable than other tools I have tried which seemed over the top for someone busy but not working with a large team.

“Hidden costs and questionable charges”

There's honestly nothing about this software that I still like anymore.

Cons

The Premium account is advertised at EUR13.49 per month but after signing up, you get an email that seems deliberately written without stating any amount. Then comes the nasty surprise such as first EUR67.45 was charged and after that EUR80.27 per month instead of the promised EUR13.49. When I complained, I was told that I had supposedly selected something with 5 members which was definitely not the case. Either that was hidden so well that nobody could notice it or it was slipped in through a deceptive billing tactic. Completely unbelievable. I have already requested a chargeback through my bank and I am preparing to file a fraud report. Better stay away from it.

“keeps work organized”

Pros

One of the best parts is how well it integrates with Google Drive which makes sharing documents fast and convenient. It also helps me stay on top of everything by letting me create to-do lists and set priority projects in advance.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about it as it's a tool that does a great job of keeping work organized.
