“Handy integrations”
Pros
The interface is really well designed and assigning tasks while tracking progress is simple because everything stays organized in a neat schedule. It also comes with plenty of integrations and my favorite is OneDrive since it lets me share documents much faster.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into anything to dislike with this software as it works exactly the way I expected it to.

“Easy task tracking app”
Pros
It takes almost no effort to use as I didn't need any training to figure it out. Adding tasks to lists is easy, tracking progress is simple and the mobile app is really well made.
Cons
One limitation is that tasks can only be assigned to a single person and the reporting features are quite basic.

Asana comes with distinctive capabilities and feels well suited to the needs of my small business. It gives me everything I need to help my team work more efficiently and stay organized.
Cons
I really haven't run into anything I dislike. I have been using it for both personal planning and business use and it has been working well across both.

“Easy task tracking”
Pros
Even first time users whether technical or non technical can pick up this tool without much effort. Creating and assigning new tasks is also easy and it's simple to see which tasks are still pending and which ones are already completed. Project tracking is also clear and convenient and adding new members and assigning tasks to them can be done quickly.
Cons
At this point I really don't have anything to complain about. Whenever minor bugs come up, the support team usually addresses them in upcoming updates.

Managing tasks and projects with this product is effortless, whether you're working solo or collaborating with a team. It also adds a fun touch when certain tasks are completed, mystical creatures fly across the screen.

“Clear task view across projects”
Pros
It is fairly easy to us and the biggest advantage is how simple it is to keep a clear overview of your tasks when you're juggling several projects at once. On top of that the free version still offers plenty without feeling overly restrictive.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, it's that some added features only come with the paid upgrade, such as the option to set up goals.

“Clear organization for marketing”
Pros
The tool brings a lot of clarity to how work is organized and that makes it much easier to build and plan marketing strategies from there.
Cons
There are a lot of tools and features packed into it so new users will probably need some time to get through the learning curve.

“Excellent task tracking tools”
Pros
Asana does a really good job with task management. Managers can quickly set up tasks and assign them to the right team members. It also supports task hierarchy with subtasks which helps a lot when organizing related work and keeping track of what is still pending. On top of that like other team collaboration tools, it includes in-app team chat across different project channels.
Cons
At times photo thumbnails attached to tasks do not display properly.

“Handy notifications”
Pros
Working with a ghostwriter in another state has been much easier with this app. The interface is very clear and simple to navigate. I get notifications both inside the app and in my email and the messaging feature makes it quick to access file links whenever I need them.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the startup view as I'd prefer it to open straight to the write for you dashboard instead of landing on my own dashboard first.

“Fast setup for teams”
Pros
Getting started with it is fantastic. In just a day and with very little training, employees can already begin managing their own tasks without much trouble.
Cons
The thing that really bothers me is the limited modularity. If it offered more flexibility to structure and organize projects, along with a bit more automation, it would be even better.

“Easy task flow”
Pros
Creating tasks is really quick and easy. You just type a task title, hit enter and the next task is ready to be added right away. It even handles pasted task lists from Google Sheets or other sources without any trouble. The part I like most is how simple it is to understand while still feeling purpose-built for task management.
Cons
It still misses a few features around time tracking, effort estimates and generating more useful reports.

“Color coded task tracking win”
Pros
It has been really helpful for keeping track of team tasks and making sure SLAs are being met. Assigning work to different team members is also not a hassle and the color coding makes everything much easier to follow at a glance.
Cons
One issue that comes up at times is getting new users access to certain pages even after they've been added manually.

“Organized workflow that delivers”
Pros
Once I figured out the best way to set up my products and tasks the way I needed, using the platform became very easy. Also it does a really good job of keeping everything organized and helping me stay on top of my work.
Cons
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve At the beginning although the tutorial videos are helpful. It mostly comes down to giving yourself some time to get familiar with how everything works.

“offer a wide range of features”
Pros
Right from the start the interface seems approachable and it offers a surprisingly wide range of features even on the free plan. We really appreciate the different team setups, the visibility across all teams and being able to see what everyone is working on at any given time.
Cons
The pricing is the only real downside although it's tough to complain too much since the product is strong overall and our team is broadly on the same page about it.

“Organized project tracking”
Pros
Asana keeps improving with constant updates and that ongoing evolution really shows. It's a very capable project management tool with strong features and the calendar is well organized which helps a lot when planning work.
Cons
It would be even better with a wider range of integrations especially with calendars, email and other communication tools. The free version also feels a bit too restricted so having fewer limitations there would make it more useful.
