With this software I am able to build really good project plans and stay much more conscious of how I manage my time.

Pros

Getting it up and running was simple and it cleaned up the virus itself before use. It also works well with just about any workspace.

Cons

There's nothing to complain about it's that good. Even a teenager could get it set up without any trouble.

Pros

Assigning tasks is very easy and efficient. The alerts and tracking work really well and the UI helps you clearly see the status of every task. It also integrates well with other tools like JIRA which makes it even more useful.

Cons

there's nothing I dislike about it because it stands out as the best task management tool I have used.

The software is very user friendly and simple to use. Creating new assignments is quick and it makes it possible to keep very detailed control over every project or assigned task. The notifications are also really helpful for staying up to date and keeping track of everything happening across projects.

I would like it even more if it offered control charts and the option to print them.

This tool is impressively adaptable for just about any team setup which is something I really love about using it.

There really aren't any major downsides for me. If anything, I'd just like a bit more control over the actual UI colors and visual customization.

“Scales beautifully for our agency”

Pros

We got this platform up and running around two years ago and the setup process was very simple. Since then it has grown right alongside our agency without any trouble. Bringing new team members on board is also really convenient because it doesn't require a demo to get them started.

Cons

I am not too fond of the newer layout because it comes across as a bit too stripped down. I'd also love to see a few additional features included in the free version.

“Clean tracking for remote teams”

Pros

Working with remote teams feels much more manageable with this tool. It makes it simple to keep an eye on projects and goals and the usual confusion about who is at which stage of the work has basically disappeared. It is also really useful for organizing personal space, tracking individual goals and tasks and even helping with time management. On top of that it feels lightweight, clean and fast to use.

Cons

A few small issues come up when updating the charts and task visibility can sometimes be a little limited especially when there are lots of sub-processes involved or when many tasks are completed at the same time.

It keeps me organized every day, both for work and for personal tasks.

At this point I really don't have any complaints. It does exactly what I need it to do.

The calendar was the best part for me. It keeps everything visible at a glance so you can always see what's due, who's responsible for it and how much work is still remaining for each item.

One frustrating part was that removing tasks wasn't always easy, whether it was a completed item or an unfinished one that had been intentionally dropped.

Pros

Getting new projects set up and organized is very manageable and I can look at everything from several different views. My favorite way to structure work is the board-style layout, where I move tasks from one row to another as they progress. It helps the whole team stay updated on where work stands and who is responsible for what.

Cons

At first the platform can feel pretty overwhelming although our organization may actually need that level of complexity. A lot of items are not clearly marked in the system for historical reference which can be frustrating. There's definitely a lot happening inside this software and while that can be a big advantage, it also means it takes a fair amount of time and effort to get comfortable with it and fully understand all the features.

“Workflow management that delivers”

Pros

Asana has been the best workflow management experience for our team. We hardly need to do manual work anymore because it captures the entire workflow for us and keeps reminding us about every step across the organization. It's especially useful for dashboard editing and KT and overall it's a tool that genuinely makes day to day work much easier.

Cons

There really isn't anything bad to point out. If anything, user management could use a few more added options to match specific requirements.

Pros

It's simple to automate tasks and tailor workflows and it gives excellent visibility across multiple projects, including their status and overall progress.

Cons

Everything has worked well for me without any issues and it's been easy to track and monitor project work.

Keeping up with my tasks has been much better with Asana. It helps me plan out the week, stay on top of what I need to do, see what my coworkers are working on and even share ideas that might help with their tasks.

The interface works fine but it could feel a bit more interactive.

Pros

One of the most useful things about this software is how well it lets you connect information. It has cut down the time we spend talking about whether everyday tasks are finished and has also made our onboarding process much more organized and efficient.

Cons

I honestly cannot point to any major downsides though one thing worth noting is that if you're linking documents, you do need to make sure those links stay current.

The interface is pretty easy to navigate and the subtask feature is really useful when you need more detailed task breakdowns and better granularity.

A few features are locked behind paid plans and the pricing isn't cheap.

During quarantine, we used the free trial to coordinate remote work and it made telecommuting very simple to manage.

We've only used the free version so far and we haven't run into any issues yet.

Pros

Signing up for the training webinar was definitely worthwhile. It gave me a really good walkthrough of the app, explained the different features clearly, showed me how to get everything set up and also gave me a chance to ask questions and get answers right away. I was really happy with how useful it was.

Cons

About the only downside I can point to is that there's another app out there that offers more projects and tasks at a lower price. That said since I am with a small company, I didn't actually need that many templates so it wasn't a major issue for me.

“Handy task tracking for training”

Pros

I used this app during project management training and it made the whole process very simple. Creating tasks, assigning topics and keeping track of projects was simple and practical.

Cons

I ended up switching because my team members weren't familiar with this app. It really needs more visibility in the market and a better interface.
