It has been excellent to work with and very easy to use. Plus it helps our team stay focused, keeps our projects moving in the right direction and makes it much easier to stay on track no matter where everyone is located.

Cons

One issue we've run into is with certain Android phones, where it can be difficult to stop receiving notifications.

Keeping track of schedules is simple with Asana and the whole platform feels very user friendly. Our team stays connected, communication between coworkers is quick and it works especially well for remote collaboration. It makes it clear what needs to be done and what to expect each day or week and the design looks excellent too.

I like that the free plan covered almost everything I need and getting it set up and running was easy. I use it to stay in touch with clients in my social media management business and they've all been able to jump in without any trouble.

One thing that's missing is integration with other business management tools which makes parts of the process a little more complicated than they should be. It would be really helpful if there were an option to integrate with Microsoft Sheets.

As a content writer, I use it to map out content months ahead, keep every blog post organized through each step from idea to draft, editing and publication and share notes with everyone involved without any hassle.

Getting started does take some time because there's definitely a learning curve and the setup can feel confusing at first. It took me a few hours before everything really clicked but the amount of time it has saved me afterward especially with client communication, has absolutely made that upfront effort worthwhile.
