“Top helpful support”

Pros

Customer support has been really helpful and it's very simple to keep track of projects and see exactly what everyone is working on. It also gives managers a clear view of what the team is prioritizing and any roadblocks they're running into.

Cons

Setting up integrations can be a little tricky At times but there are plenty of helpful resources and support available to guide you through it.

“Kanban boards keep everything moving”

Pros

Using the Kanban boards made it really clear what was coming up next on my workload and I could quickly mark when I'd finished my part.

Cons

The messaging inside the app is a bit awkward. When you need to send a direct message to someone you're collaborating with, it isn't quite as easy as it should be.

Pros

It helps me keep ideas, projects and plenty of other tasks organized without any hassle. Being able to build detailed, color-coded lists is one of my favorite parts.

Cons

I don't have any complaints at all. I love using it and haven't run into any downsides.

The software covers everything needed to manage workflows effectively. Whether the project is highly complex or very simple, it remains a valuable tool for working together with colleagues and keeping collaboration organized.

Things can get a little complicated when the workflow requires multiple separate parties to collaborate on the same project, such as two different communication agencies working together.

It lets you create collaborative tasks, track assignments and projects and schedule everything in one place. It's a very complete tool for keeping teamwork organized and coordinated.

Even though I like it Overall it's true that getting used to how everything works can take a little time at first.

One thing I don't love is that it isn't as compatible with mobile devices as I'd like.

Keeping up with work has been much better thanks to the task management tools and the notification system.

The templates have been really useful for us and the sharing features are something we rely on a lot.

One downside is that the free version feels very limited especially since having that option matters when trying to onboard a team.

Asana makes project management much simpler by using workforce automation which has been really helpful.

Pros

Working with employees spread across the world can feel complicated but this platform has made our day to day work much easier. Once we had the right place to organize tasks and share them with everyone, coordinating remote teams became much more manageable. For us, it's the space that helps keep everything on track and makes sure things actually get done.

We honestly haven't run into any downsides with it. It's user friendly, simple and has been very simple for our team to work with.

Pros

Keeping up with team progress is much simpler with this tool and organizing work by project keeps everything clear and structured. It's especially useful for managing employees or working with outside collaborators.

One thing that feels missing is Firefox support for plugins that turn links into tasks. Aside from that, I really don't have any other complaints.

Between team communication and project tracking, Asana has been one of the best tools we've used. It works really well for keeping everyone aligned and the task management side feels spot on too.

The only downside is that getting the most out of it can be a bit challenging since using all of its features to their full potential takes some effort.

There's a lot to like here because it's such a strong online tool overall. Being able to set dependencies, tag people in comments, invite guests from outside the organization to a specific board and fully customize task and project templates all make a big difference. It does a lot and it does it really well.

Cons

This is pretty minor but my only real complaint is the limited color selection in the dropdowns. It would be nice to have a color wheel so you could create your own shades instead.

It is pretty easy to use and it integrates well with the tools teams already use every day. The biggest benefit is how well it handles task management and assigning work to different project stakeholders, while also making it simple to set priorities clearly.

The only thing missing for me is a built-in time tracking option aside from that everything else has been good.

Pros

Setting up boards to track tasks through different stages of work is very easy. There are several board views available which makes it simple to follow project progress and timelines. Tasks can hold plenty of detail too, including checklists and file attachments. Team communication also works well since you can comment on other people's tasks and get notified when they reply.

Cons

The pricing is fairly high especially since it charges per user. On top of that the integrations can be difficult to configure which makes collaboration more challenging when another company is using a different task management platform.

We use Asana more as a way of thinking and staying productive than as a traditional project management tool and that approach has worked really well for us.

It can feel a bit too detailed At times which occasionally leads to some confusion.

Getting started with Asana was quick and using it day to day is very easy. The interface is user friendly and it comes with a wide range of tools that can support your team in all kinds of ways. If you're organized and a bit creative, you can customize it enough to make it the only task manager you really need.

Cons

One thing to watch out for is how quickly it can become overly complicated when you're trying to track absolutely everything. Without some discipline, it's pretty easy to end up buried under a huge pile of tasks and not know where to begin.

“deadlines are handy”

Pros

Overall it is pretty easy to use. Creating a task, assigning it to someone and setting a due date doesn't take much effort at all. The daily notifications help me stay on top of deadlines and the Slack integration is useful too.

Cons

I have tested a few other task management tools and this one still feels better to me. I don't really have anything negative to say about it.

It made it possible to sync deadlines with my Google Calendar which was really helpful.

Cons

As more team members join, the pricing gets a lot more expensive.
