“better than other tools”
Pros
One thing I really like is being able to assign several tasks at once quickly and without any hassle. The setup is fast, it's simple to understand and compared with other competitors that feel a bit more complicated, this one makes the work much more manageable.
Cons
It's not really that I dislike anything. It's just that the tool was built for certain types of tasks so you need to know how to use it properly to get the most out of it.

“allows customizations”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this software is how much it lets you customize projects, along with the time management features it offers.
Cons
I think there are other similar tools out there that feel more easy to use.

“Team collaboration done right”
Pros
Handling project management across a large team is much easier with this tool. One feature I really enjoy is being able to look through team members comments directly within individual tasks.
Cons
None at all. I am fully satisfied with the software.

“Quick adoption”
Pros
The interface felt much cleaner and more modern than many competing tools. It handles simple tasks well which makes it approachable for everyday users. I also like how useful it is for getting a broad view of projects and organizing timelines clearly. It's very easy to use as most people could learn the basics in less than a day.
Cons
It works especially well for casual users, smaller organizations or teams that do not need anything too advanced. Once you try to scale it across larger groups though, it starts to feel like certain features available in competing products are missing. It is not quite as powerful so power users or more complex organizations may find that it does not fully meet their project needs.

“Best project tracker we tried”
Pros
Its design is modern and appealing. I really liked having an app where we could view tasks, assign them and attach files to different pages without any hassle. We used it for a company sponsored project and even though the company eventually chose a different direction, this was the one I genuinely wanted to keep using. Out of the three or four options we tested, this was easily the best fit.
Cons
I cannot think of anything especially bad to say about it. It worked fine for what we needed.

“easy to learn”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use and everyone we've trained has been able to learn it quickly. It's also helpful that it sends reminders and everyone assigned to a task can stay updated along the way.
Cons
One part that can be a bit confusing is how subtasks work with recurring tasks.

“perfect for online lists”
Pros
Having a place to make my lists online and check things off there is something I really enjoy. The little unicorn that flies across the screen after I finish a task is also a fun touch that I love seeing.
Cons
If you're using the free version, it would be nice to get access to a bit more of the functionality that paid users have especially features like the date range option.

“Responsive teamwork that delivers”
Pros
Asana seems very responsive, it's simple to use and it works really well for team collaboration.
Cons
One thing that didn't work for me was the lack of a time-in-status feature. I couldn't track how long a task stayed in each individual status and to get that functionality I would have needed to buy another tool and integrate it with it. Unfortunately, that just didn't make sense so I ended up leaving it for ClickUp.

“Fast project setup”
Pros
I was able to use it without much of a hassle and we were able to launch a project in the tool without much effort. Plus it worked very well for assigning tasks and keeping track of important milestones.
Cons
The desktop automation and integrations didn't work especially well with some of our other Microsoft tools like VSTS, Power Platform and Trello. With more time, I am sure we probably could have figured it out.

“Remote planning that really clicks”
Pros
Working with a fully remote team, being able to schedule tasks with clear due dates has been incredibly useful. I also rely on it to keep track of all the tasks my team cannot afford to miss. The option to create subtasks within larger tasks is something I use a lot and seeing everything laid out in a calendar view makes planning much more organized.
Cons
The downside is that workflow automation isn't available on the free plan.

“Helpful task tracking choice”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how it gives clear visibility into listed tasks and the progress being made on them. It also includes Gantt charts which are especially useful for managing projects and keeping timelines organized.
Cons
The interface feels a bit distracting so it takes some time to get comfortable with it. On top of that the limit on how many members can be added to each team feels too restrictive and not quite enough.

“excellent software”
Pros
It has been an excellent project and task management tool for me. Creating tasks, assigning them to others and keeping up with progress is very easy. The interface is also user friendly and the reporting features have been genuinely useful. Overall it seems well worth the price.
Cons
To me it seem a bit pricey and there's definitely a learning curve especially for someone like me.

“proven useful for us”
Pros
Getting started with Asana feels very natural because the platform is highly usable and quick to adopt. It doesn't take any real training to bring people into the team and start collaborating and it includes the functions that are actually needed which makes the whole adoption process much simpler.
Cons
I am still not fully comfortable with the administration module. It seems like it could be reorganized so it only shows management related functions and the team invitation area would be better if it offered more customizable options with some kind of saved memory for future use.

“Smart tracking tool”
Pros
As a task manager it works really well for me especially when I need to track execution time against cost and billed budget. That helps me spot mistakes, learn from them and improve how I plan future projects. I also use it with Google Drive which makes sharing files and information much more convenient.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having the option to export directly to a spreadsheet since that would make things simpler for users who are not very familiar with the platform.

“proven highly helpful”
Pros
Asana is very user friendly and lays out assigned projects in a clear organized way that's simple to follow. Team members can post updates on the tasks they're responsible for which helps everyone stay aligned and work together more effectively on the same project.
Cons
The collaboration side could still use some work. At the moment it feels mostly limited to comments and it would be much better if users could share code or other project-related files directly so teammates could review them and give feedback more easily.
