“Simple task tracking wins”
Pros
It is easy to use and assigning them to several people works really well. Also it helps a lot to be able to set priorities and define the stage of each task clearly.
Cons
It starts to feel limiting on shorter projects. If one task is set as dependent on another, it won't let them be scheduled for the same day which becomes an issue when the whole project only runs for about two weeks.

“Useful project tracking platform”
Pros
As a project management tool, it works really well for storing and tracking projects and it also lets you assign tasks to the people involved. I also appreciate being able to choose exactly who I want to share that information with.
Cons
Up to this point I have been very happy with the tool and haven't come across anything negative to point out.

“Faster workflow reliable value”
Pros
Compared with alternatives like Jira, this one seems faster and far more organized. It takes less time to get going because the setup is lighter and the rules are simpler. For smaller teams or teams like ours managing software development, it removes a lot of the unnecessary overhead and management of management I have seen in other organizations. The pricing is another plus since it is cheaper than some competing tools and the free trial along with the free tier for very small teams makes it accessible. Of course that free option is clearly meant to carry you through until your team grows and you need to pay but even then it still comes across as relatively cost-effective.
Cons
The downside is that it is only as useful as the effort your team puts into it. If people use it inconsistently or the workflows are set up poorly, the value drops off quickly and the team gets very little benefit from it. There really has to be buy-in across the organization for the tool to work well. On the positive side, its simple design does make adoption easier when that willingness is there.

“Highly fantastic collaboration”
Pros
Using Asana has been a pleasure because it's very user friendly and integrates well with a wide range of other software. It also makes teamwork simple, with plenty of ways to collaborate and share information across different places.
Cons
Moving tasks over to another board can be a little confusing at first. A few of the key features also feel tucked away and aren't always obvious to find.

“Top quick onboarding”
Pros
Getting started with new users is fast and hassle-free so onboarding feels quick and painless.
Cons
The email notifications can sometimes be excessive and it would be better if there were a simpler default option to reduce how often they arrive instead of having to change multiple settings to avoid getting flooded with emails from every project.

“Perfect helpful task tracking”
Pros
Managing projects and tasks with this tool is very easy and keeping track of each item's status is simple and convenient.
Cons
The frustrating part of the app is that you cannot use it in a mobile browser. You have to download the app if you want access on your phone.

“Top task management that just works”
Pros
It is very easy to use and it does a decent job of helping me stay on top of my tasks and manage everything in one place.
Cons
One thing I wish it offered is a wider variety of task view options since having more ways to look at tasks would make it even better.

“Task tracking that really delivers”
Pros
Keeping everything organized and prioritized in Asana has made a big difference in how I manage my work. I can sort tasks into categories, assign them to the right people and keep an eye on progress across the team without much hassle.
Cons
A few of the features I'd like to use are only available behind a paywall. Messaging teammates also isn't as convenient or built out as I'd prefer.

“Helpful kanban visibility”
Pros
Running a small team with Asana has made day to day tracking much simpler for me. I can monitor each person's work individually based on their assigned tasks which really helps me stay organized. The Kanban view is especially useful because it gives me a clear macro-level picture of everything that's going on.
Cons
There are still a few missing features I'd like to see, such as built-in time tracking and the option to assign one ticket to multiple people. It would also be better if the limits on the free version were a bit more generous.

“reliable beginner friendly tool”
Pros
Everything about it feels very professional and it's still simple enough to use even if you're just getting started.
Cons
Nothing major to point out yet. If anything, it might be nice to have a more basic version at a lower price for complete beginners.

“Clean task management experience”
Pros
Its layout is pretty simple so getting around the software for task and workflow management is also not a hassle.
Cons
One limitation is that there's no option to handle any kind of financial information since the platform is really built only for task management.

“Top versatile project views”
Pros
It covers project management, team coordination, task tracking, timers, third party integrations and multiple project views really well. The interface is very user friendly and everything seems easy to use.
Cons
A few features feel restricted compared with ClickUp. Time tracking, for example, is included in ClickUp's free version but requires a paid plan here. The same goes for options like hiding projects from other teammates, along with some other features that are only available in the paid version.

“Cloud planning that delivers”
Pros
Running in the cloud, this software has been excellent for organizing our daily, weekly and monthly tasks across the projects and services we handle. I map out everything in it each day and the reminders and alerts help me stay on top of the most important items. I can keep track of everything from both my computer and my smartphone using the app which makes managing work much more convenient.
Cons
Every now and then, the app crashes on my Android device and I have to reopen it. Aside from that, I haven't run into any other issues.

“Free account solved a massive headache”
Pros
It feels like the product is set up in a way that works poorly and comes with frustrating limitations for users who are not paying for the premium or top-tier plans. For example, if you want to add subtasks to your personal plan for the day, you have to select each one individually and add them one at a time.
Cons
there is not much to complain about. I have not used it extensively yet but the one reason my company created a free account ended up solving a huge headache for me.

“Productive starter pack”
Pros
Even with a few limitations the free tier gives you pretty much everything needed to stay organized. It's a really great starting point for someone like me trying to become more productive. You can create up to 1,000 tasks on the free plan which is more than enough if you're using it on your own. I also really enjoy that file uploads aren't restricted and the small on-screen animations when you complete a task are a nice bonus.
Cons
The paid plans are charged annually and compared with other options, it's not exactly inexpensive. There's also a bit of a learning curve At the beginning which can make it tougher for new users to get comfortable right away.
