“helps with task prioritization”

Pros

Keeping tasks prioritized doesn't take much effort which makes day to day planning a lot more manageable. There's also a free version that works well for small teams and the integrations with Google Calendar, Dropbox and other services make it even more useful.

Cons

One downside is that files cannot be downloaded in XLSX or PDF formats. On top of that the paid plans are quite expensive when compared with similar tools from competitors.

Pros

One thing that really works well is the visual interface. It has a powerful workflow engine and getting started with it doesn't take much time because it's simple to learn. They also keep rolling out updates to address bugs and reduce lag which makes the platform feel well maintained. The dashboard is simple too so checking all project pipelines in one place is very convenient.

Cons

At times the security features can be a bit frustrating. Having to verify yourself multiple times just to access projects feels unnecessary. It also lacks an option to assign a task to more than one user which can be limiting. Aside from that, I really don't have any other complaints about it.

Asana comes with the kind of features you'd expect from top online project management platforms and it's very convenient to work with. The Gantt chart stands out as the most useful part for laying out timelines and keeping the workflow organized and clearly presented.

Cons

Like most project management tools, there's definitely a learning curve in getting comfortable with the way it's set up. It's built as a fairly generic solution meant to fit all kinds of users and it is no exception. It does exactly what it promises but it still takes some time to adapt everything and fit all of its tools into your own specific workflow.

One thing that works really well is how it keeps track of tasks that still need to be finished. It lets you set due dates, update them whenever plans change and share tasks with others which makes staying organized a lot easier.

Cons

At times the alerts and reminders can feel a bit too frequent and excessive.

Everything seems very user friendly and simple to use and it works really well for collaborating with colleagues.

Working with it more and more each day has made it part of my routine. As a data analyst working remotely, I rely on it to stay connected with my coworkers. The project and task management interfaces are excellent for keeping track of everything and I really enjoy using it.

Cons

It's already a strong platform but it would be even better with a more effective built-in chat feature. Adding that would make a big difference. Aside from that, it's an excellent tool overall.

The free trial includes a wide range of features that really matter for keeping a remote team connected and organized which makes it easier to tell whether the platform is a good fit for your team.

The pricing can be a bit of a shock especially since there are fully free tools out there that can handle almost all of the same things.

Being able to attach documents and local files from Dropbox is one of the features I value most. I can sort and filter tasks and projects by alphabetical order, due dates and other criteria which makes everything much easier to manage. It's an excellent collaboration platform that really helps boost productivity. My team and I can handle tasks and daily activities from anywhere using any browser and I can also stay on top of things from my Android phone. It lets us organize as many teams and projects as we need, while creating, assigning and tracking work in one very complete and secure workspace. Since we started using it, we've been finishing tasks faster and working much more efficiently and the whole process has improved in a very positive way.

Cons

Even though there's a lot of competition in this market and it does a good job of standing out, I still think the pricing could be more competitive because there are cheaper options out there, including some attractive free alternatives. I'd also love to see more integrations added because that would make the platform even better. On top of that a simpler user guide would really help since the software has so many features that it takes some time and effort to learn everything.

One thing I really like is how flexible the boards are since they can be customized to fit the specific needs of each team. It also does a really good job of letting you map out an entire process step by step with tasks and subtasks and the calendar view gives a clear overall picture of deadlines and ongoing work.

Cons

The automation setup is harder to manage than it should be and if the option is there, it is not easy to locate. Making that part more accessible would improve the product a lot. It also does not seem to line up well with the Apple version, where the workflow feels simpler and some important functionality is available. That part was pretty disappointing.

As a project management tool, this software works really well for both team collaboration and individual task tracking. It's a strong option whether you're managing shared projects or just organizing your own workload.

One thing to keep in mind is that your team really needs clear processes in place when using it. If conversations or project updates start happening outside the platform, it can become hard to keep track of progress across both on-platform and off-platform work.

With my team spread across the United States, this has made project management, assigning tasks and staying in touch incredibly convenient. Working remotely can feel overwhelming At times but being able to view my own work alongside my coworkers' tasks, balance workloads, make better use of the team and keep everything organized makes the day feel almost like we're all together in the office.

Cons

At times the interface can feel a bit cluttered and not always the most user friendly though I am not really sure there's a better option available.

The thing I enjoy most is how simple and well-designed the interface feels.

Having this available for my project management work has been really valuable. I have been using Asana to keep my tasks organized and it does a very good job of helping me stay on top of everything.

It is very easy to use. The drag and drop setup is user friendly, breaking a task into subtasks is extremely simple and the user roles are helpful as well.

One ongoing issue is that, for some people, it still feels like one more tool they have to keep checking. The Slack integration has helped reduce that a bit but it continues to be somewhat of a problem.

The tool is modern and visually appealing. The interface is clean, user friendly and fairly simple to navigate and having one central place to see all the tasks I need to handle makes a big difference. Plus it works really well and has been very effective for keeping everything organized.

Cons

Compared with more advanced tools like Jira, it does come with fewer features and that can feel limiting at times. When too many tasks are piling up at once, it can also get a bit disappointing to manage everything as efficiently as I'd like.
