“Easy project management companion”
Pros
A user friendly platform that's simple to work with and genuinely helpful for managing tasks, teams and projects.
Cons
There are a few hiccups with integrations like Teams although the platform itself performs quite well.

“Ideal task tracking that delivers”
Pros
Being able to assign tasks and clearly see when they've been completed is something I really appreciate about Asana.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is a follow-up reminder for unfinished tasks sent to both the person who assigned it and the person responsible for completing it. An alert that can be set up when the due date is getting close would be really helpful.

“Powerful task tracking choice”
Pros
Right from the start the interface seems very user friendly but it still gives you everything needed to plan and track more complex projects with multiple tasks and deadlines. It's helpful to see upcoming work and task lists at a glance and assigning or sharing tasks with other team members works really well. The search function is also very powerful so finding what you need usually only takes a keyword or two.
Cons
there isn't much I dislike. A few features may require extra spending and the email notifications can get a bit annoying if you receive a lot of them but the settings let you adjust that to fit your preferences.

Cons
The only downside has been that getting responses from customer service can be difficult.

“Versatile collaboration powerhouse”
Pros
Whether the work is simple or more involved, it brings a broad set of features that make it useful for all kinds of projects. I really liek that new tools and updates keep getting added so the platform continues to improve over time. It works especially well for collaborating with coworkers and clients and the integrations with apps I already use every day make everything more connected. Another big plus is how flexible it is as you can use it in different ways and customize the layout or view to match the kind of project you're managing.
Cons
For basic projects there honestly isn't much to fault. Once you start using it for more complex workflows though, there can be a bit of a learning curve. One limitation that comes up for me is when I need to copy or duplicate a section within a project. Right now, that cannot be done directly in the tool so duplicating a section has to be handled manually which is a little frustrating.

“Fantastic team coordination”
Pros
It is easy to use. Plus it makes communicating with coworkers simple and the navigation is clear and easy to manage.
Cons
One thing that hasn't worked well for me is managing reminders inside the platform. I also wish there were a better way to prioritize some tasks over others.

“Clean task visuals”
Pros
Using this tool is not a hassle. The UI/UX is also user friendly and the simple way it presents tasks and data makes everything much easier to follow and manage.
Cons
At times there can be a bit too much going on with all the groups, subgroups and tabs which can make navigation feel slightly crowded.

“Real-time planning that delivers”
Pros
Being able to assign project sections, set priorities and place everything on the calendar is essential for our team. I also really appreciate the real-time updates since they keep everyone aligned and help projects keep moving without delays.
Cons
I'd still love to see an option to hide sections or features we don't use, just to make the interface feel cleaner and more organized.

Pros
It's become an essential tool for keeping the team organized. Being able to assign tasks is incredibly important because every employee knows their role at all times without having to keep asking what they need to do.
Cons
At times group discussions still need to be backed up with an instant messaging app.

“All my priorities in one place”
Pros
Having multiple lists with different levels of importance all in one place was something I really loved.
Cons
Compared with some other trackers, this felt simpler to use but I still tend to lose track of the many different lists and would tweak the layout to fit the way I work better.

“Visual timelines that shine”
Pros
As someone who works better with visual planning, I prefer Asana because it handles project timelines and due dates really well and makes them much easier to follow.
Cons
One thing that could be better is duplicating tasks and subtasks across projects. We use it for event management and a lot of the time we end up rebuilding the same setup again for certain tasks.

“Versatile project control hub”
Pros
It covers a lot with its variety of features and broad integrations which make managing group projects feel centralized, professional, secure and convenient. Access is flexible and works well for remote teams, whether through the web platform or the mobile app. The app in particular makes collaboration from a phone very practical and its interface is well designed and capable. Team leaders can assign tasks clearly, tracking is also easy and it handles categorization, activity priority, reminders, notifications and deadlines really well. It also offers customizable dashboards and views, subtasks, workflow automation, attachments, comments, tags and basically everything needed for organized teamwork.
Cons
Pricing for larger teams is not especially appealing compared with other options on the market. Also, when the task list gets very long, loading can become slow which feels a little awkward for a tool like this. Aside from those points, I am satisfied with what it offers overall.

“all in one productivity hub”
Pros
Asana has been a one-stop hub for productivity, task management and planning ahead. The calendar tools make it simple to spot potential scheduling conflicts at a glance. I also really appreciate being able to use it across all my devices and keep everything synced between different team members' accounts.
Cons
Every now and then, I think of a feature I wish it included but most of the time they end up releasing it not long after anyway.

“Top quick to learn”
Pros
This tool is very easy to use and using it day to day seems user friendly. Also it is simple to fine-tune and optimize once you're familiar with it.
Cons
A few people on my team didn't get comfortable with it as quickly but that seems more related to them not taking the time to learn it properly than to any issue with the tool itself.

“Reliable reporting for remote teams”
Pros
This software is fairly easy to use and it's been very dependable overall. Once you understand how the reporting works, it's possible to pull information pretty quickly. It's also been really helpful for keeping a remote workforce organized and managed well.
Cons
One thing that has been really frustrating is how they handle paid customers on older plans. They seem to keep you on an existing plan, then introduce a newer, more expensive one and move all the new features there. I have been paying for over 4 years and it honestly feels like my plan has been left behind. The plan I am on, despite what I have paid for it, gets little to no support and the support teams don't even seem aligned with each other. On top of that features have actually disappeared over the last 2 years which is a terrible experience as a customer when you feel ignored and see features removed even after people have asked for them.
