“Task planning that just works”

Planning organizing, creating, assigning and managing tasks and projects with this tool is really easy. Also it makes it simple to keep track of progress while work is moving forward.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into any issues using it since it fits my project management needs really well.

The pricing was a big plus and being able to break a project into different parts with items you can actually check off was really useful. It felt very much like having a digital checklist for managing work.

Cons

One area that could be improved is document management especially when it comes to collaborating on shared files through third-party tools like Google or Microsoft.

It keeps our whole team on track and fully informed about everything happening across our ongoing projects.

The only challenge was the initial adjustment that comes with learning a new software tool but honestly after about five or six days of using it, it started to feel natural and has actually helped me get a lot more done in an impressively short amount of time.

The thing I like is that it keeps me focused on what I need to get done each day. I can finish a task and schedule it to come back next week or even next year, depending on when the project is due. I also use it for planning events and that works really well.

Cons

There's a lot to it so learning how to use every feature can feel complicated.

Being able to break work down into subtasks is really useful and the Dropbox integration makes it convenient to keep files connected to the work.

Linking projects together isn't very easy and it can feel a bit overwhelming for people who are new to web-based project tracking tools.

Pros

One of the best parts for us has been the automation features since they let us handle repetitive tasks and workflow steps without doing everything manually. The Agile project management support has also been really useful for the way our team works. On top of that it integrates with a wide range of integrations which makes it much easier to bring other tools into our existing workflow.

Cons

The one area that has been disappointing is the mobile app experience when working on the go. The apps feel quite limited and don't offer nearly as much functionality as some competing products.

Pros

After searching for a task management app with a proper timeline and scheduling option for team members and future planning, this one checked the boxes. The paid version included that feature and it worked really well for what we needed. I have also always appreciated how user friendly the platform is and how well the overall functionality comes together.

Cons

My only real frustration was that the scheduling and calendar feature wasn't included in the free version. We didn't really need the other extras that came with the paid plan so paying for the subscription ended up feeling like it wasn't really worth the cost for us.

Getting familiar with this software was very easy and understanding how it works did not take much effort at all.

It could use a few more updates here and there but aside from that, it is still a really great software to work with.

The platform is very user friendly and setting up or monitoring projects is easy. It's really helpful for following project timelines and seeing contributions from different stakeholders. Sending pings for messages or updates is convenient and being able to communicate directly through the platform is a big plus as well.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is a deadline time tracker with alerts. Projects do have deadlines assigned but there aren't any reminders when those due dates are getting close.

Keeping up with our team's tasks is very easy with this tool and it still includes all the features we need to efficiently monitor progress from start to finish.

Cons

The only part I don't really love in the new update is the list view showing completed tasks because it makes the view feel crowded alongside the items that are still in progress or scheduled.

With team members spread around the world like designers in Europe, marketers in Australia and virtual assistants in the Philippines this tool keeps everything organized. We usually have around a dozen projects moving at the same time across print, digital, audio and video and it helps each one stay on schedule for on-time delivery. The interface is simple to use and the instant updates make it easy to see exactly where every project stands and where I need to follow up.

Overall I am very happy with the software. That said, I do a lot of my work from my phone and the mobile interface is a bit harder for me to manage. It may just be because I am more comfortable working from a larger screen.

It's very easy to use and updates happen incredibly fast as when something changes in one area, it shows up on the other side right away.

I genuinely love using it and at this point I still haven't come across anything I'd call a downside.

Every now and then it can feel a little confusing but it doesn't happen often. Overall I still really enjoy using it for project management.

Getting started with this product takes less than an hour and the tools are very simple to use right away.

I haven't run into any downsides with this software as it works really well.

It's a really helpful way to keep everything organized and there's something genuinely satisfying about finishing a task and marking it as done.

One downside is that you need to use the app since it won't let you access the website on your phone through Safari.
