“Task tracking that keeps me organized”
Pros
After moving into self‑employment, I needed something to help me stay on top of my commitments and plans. It does exactly that for me. I don't use the team features much but I have used them with clients from time to time. One thing I really like is being able to add clarifying notes to tasks so I can look back at them later when I need context.
Cons
The only part I wish worked a bit differently is deleting a task since I have to confirm it more than once. At the same time I understand that it's there as a safeguard so I am okay with it.

“user friendly team tasking”
Pros
It is very user friendly and it's simple to walk teammates through it even when they've never used any kind of task management software before.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to assign more than one person to a task or project at the same time.

“Collaborative task tracking”
Pros
From the dashboard, it's simple to assign tasks and keep work moving in one place. Teammates can immediately see updates and the activity history does a good job of showing who made changes and when.
Cons
There are too many overlapping places to enter the same details. It ends up feeling repetitive because similar information can be added in several different fields.

“Helpful task reminders every day”
Pros
Coming from not using any task management software before, Asana has been a really positive experience. Even though I still jot some tasks down in my notebook the traditional way, the feature I appreciate most is the automated emails that remind me which tasks are due that day, whether I assigned them to myself or a teammate assigned them to me.
Cons
There is nothing specific I dislike at this point. The only thing I can really say is that I know I am not taking full advantage of everything the platform can do yet.

“Top team visibility”
Pros
As a team collaboration tool, it works really well because it lets everyone see what others are working on, track progress and spot problems along the way. It also handles task management and calendar organization in a very practical way.
Cons
At times though it can feel frustrating because there are so many features and options that you end up needing to apply different filters just to get simple things done.

“Clear task tracking win”
Pros
Asana lays out the project's task list really clearly, including previous tasks and the option to add subtasks under a specific task. That makes managing projects much simpler for everyone involved.
Cons
It would be more useful if there were a built-in way to send tasks to specific people or flag a task and message the PM or management directly. For example, if time has been allocated to a task but it looks like it will take longer, being able to communicate that within the platform would help. Outlook and SharePoint integration would also be a good addition.

“Powerful project planning hub”
Pros
As a project management tool this has been the best option I have used. It includes everything needed for advanced project planning, task assignment, workflow management, team communication, progress monitoring and reporting. Setting up multiple projects is simple and moving between them is very easy. I am able to get my entire team on board here and it makes it much easier to communicate, collaborate, brainstorm, share ideas, learn from each other, contribute and help grow the business.
Cons
One major downside comes up when a task involves multiple stakeholders because the same task cannot be assigned to more than one person. That becomes a real issue on certain service projects where different teams work in shifts on the same project or problem. The mobile app also offers very limited functionality so it's honestly not very useful. That's especially problematic for team members who rely on their phones and cannot always open a laptop to complete their work.

“Templates make task tracking effortless”
Pros
The standout feature for me is the templates. Having different templates for different types of work is a really efficient way to manage tasks and it also makes it simple to stay on top of progress. Reassigning tasks to other users or teams is quick and convenient as well. Another thing I really appreciate is that users can add notes while putting together meeting agendas. It honestly makes everything much more manageable.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints but if I had to point out one area that could be improved, it would be the interface. After using it for some time, I know how to navigate it just fine but in the beginning it didn't feel especially user friendly.

“Keeps me on track”
Pros
Using it has really helped me stay organized and keep everything on track. It's easy to follow once you're in it and it also seems very secure.
Cons
At the moment I haven't noticed any real downsides though it may be a bit less user friendly for beginners. It wasn't very simple for me at first either but after some time I got used to it.

“Perfect powerful task tracking”
Pros
Asana has been a dependable project management tool for both team collaboration and keeping projects organized. We rely on it for internal work and we also use it with outside companies on shared projects like system implementations. The task assignment feature is especially useful and being able to add tags and due dates to each task helps everyone stay on the same page and keep work moving forward.
Cons
Even after using it for nearly four years, the interface still feels a little overwhelming. The layout and different tabs can be confusing which makes it seem like there are plenty of features I probably still haven't discovered. I am also not a fan of the email notification as once I have commented on a task, I keep getting emailed every time someone else comments even when I am not mentioned directly.

“Powerful project visibility”
Pros
The thoughtful features make it really effective for project managers to track overall project progress and spot roadblocks before they become bigger issues. Keeping everything together in one place through tasks is a huge plus and makes day to day coordination much more manageable.

“Kanban boards keep us aligned”
Pros
Using the visual Kanban board makes it really simple to see exactly where each project stands at any given time. Our team pulls it up during meetings all the time to review progress, talk through priorities and check status updates together. Being able to leave comments, ask questions on any task or subtask and tag the right person so they get notified has made communication much more efficient. It also helps a lot to have a clear record of conversations and decisions tied directly to the work. The due date feature on each task is another part I really appreciate.
Cons
The layout does take a bit of time to learn At first which is pretty typical for most project management tools.

“Top flexible projects”
Pros
Having separate project folders and the ability to run multiple campaigns within a single project has been really useful. The free version already offers a lot and it's been strong enough that we're now thinking about moving to a paid plan for the extra reporting tools.
Cons
A few parts of the interface could be more user friendly because navigation can start to feel confusing when you're dealing with tasks nested inside other tasks multiple levels deep.
