“Valuable for remote teams”
Pros
It adds a lot of value for remote teams by helping them organized their processes and keep their deals managed in one place.
Cons
It never fully clicked for me and at times it felt like a tool that could be swapped out for something else even though the value is definitely there.

“Top easy workflow”
Pros
The software is very simple and user friendly so it's easy to find what we need and keep work moving without confusion.
Cons
One thing it's missing is a built-in time tracker and that feels pretty important to have these days.

“Scheduling that saves time”
Pros
One thing that really helped us was the scheduling feature. It saved a lot of time and cut out the unnecessary planning work we used to do before which made our process much more productive. Overall the software was simple to use and easy to put into practice. I'd gladly recommend it anytime, anywhere.
Cons
A downside was that each team member's activity log couldn't be connected to their social media accounts, aside from Gmail. Customer support was also quite slow to respond.

“Reliable planning”
Pros
Asana Mobile is a practical, simple tool that really helps anyone who wants to plan work more effectively. It lets users keep track of progress on active projects, set up new projects and assign tasks to team members without much hassle. The standout feature is the notification system. It sends clear deadline reminders and the person responsible for a task gets an email directly. Progress updates are also emailed to everyone involved in a project or specific task. Overall it works well as one platform for managing several projects at the same time.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because the interface looks intimidating at first. It would be better if the app automatically sorted tasks as completed or in progress instead of making users create labels themselves. The email feature is not always as helpful as it sounds either since the inbox can quickly fill up with unnecessary daily progress reminders. Because of that, important emails from the app can sometimes be overlooked.

“Ideal powerful task tracking”
Pros
Using Asana has completely changed how our team handles projects. It gives us a reliable way to assign work, track tasks and projects and monitor the progress of every task efficiently. One of the biggest advantages is being able to set clear goals and specific deadlines for each person which keeps everyone accountable. It also includes email updates for projects along with deadline reminders which helps us stay on top of everything. Overall it helps us organize our work in a very practical and efficient way.
Cons
The interface is not very user friendly At first so it takes a while to get comfortable with how it works. It would also be better if individual tasks inside a project had an option to add comments. Color coding for completed, in-progress and unfinished tasks would make assignments much easier to identify at a glance. It would also be very useful if the app could integrate with Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar for better task tracking.

“Fantastic task tracking app”
Pros
Right from the start it has been very user friendly and simple to navigate. It's easy to use, the free version already includes really useful features and the task management tools work extremely well. On top of that the mobile app is amazing and makes it convenient to stay on top of everything anywhere.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into any issues and I honestly hope it continues that way.

“Unnecessary platform”
Pros
there isn't really anything about this application that I enjoy. It doesn't feel tailored to a business's specific needs and the same kind of communication can be handled just as well through email.
Cons
Using email already lets people know what tasks need to be completed so having to rely on multiple applications for the exact same purpose feels unnecessary. It comes across as redundant and honestly pretty ridiculous.

“Versatile views for teamwork”
Pros
Bringing other people into a project for collaboration is really easy and the category/field customization is a big plus. I also like being able to separate work into different projects and place tasks where they belong. The different views are especially useful too as board view works well for product development, list view is helpful for the bigger picture and timeline view makes tracking progress much clearer.
Cons
It's helpful that you can add multiple collaborators but it's limiting that only one person can actually own a task. The reminder system could also be stronger. Another thing I wish it handled better is visibility as I'd like to see every task I am collaborating on, not only the ones assigned directly to me. It would also be better if completed tasks were easier to look back on and if there were a way to keep project or board notes from disappearing once a task is marked complete.

“Project clarity that keeps everyone aligned”
Pros
Handling several projects at the same time is very convenient. It cuts out a lot of back-and-forth over email and the whole team always knows what needs to be done. Clients also stay updated on progress which makes communication much better.
Cons
The downside is that there's no Russian language option and browser push notifications are missing.

“Highly team visibility”
Pros
It is user friendly and assigning tasks is quick and easy. Plus I really enjoy being able to switch between timeline, dashboard, calendar and other views depending on what I need. It helps departments and teams stay productive because everyone can comment, collaborate, upload documents or any type of content and follow progress in real time. Notifications, deadlines and reminders also help keep to-dos from being forgotten. On top of that it's flexible, with useful menus, handy shortcuts, integrations and basically everything within reach.
Cons
Thankfully using it hasn't been a headache at all but if I get into the details, sub-tasks could use some limits. When there are a lot of tasks and long activity lists, things can start to feel a little chaotic although that also depends on how team members manage them. I'd really like to see better organization and structure for sub-tasks so they don't become messy as they grow.

“Remote coordination that delivers”
Pros
Everything clicked once I opened up about struggling to manage the platform and not being able to take charge of the presentation. After that, I learned how to control the whole interface remotely, coordinate everyone's work, keep tabs on progress and a lot more.
Cons
The only real issue shows up when the internet connection is weak since it can lag At times which is fairly common with any online platform. With a wired Ethernet connection though, those problems hardly ever come up and productivity is really the main outcome.

“Versatile planning powerhouse”
Pros
It works well not just as a business platform but also as a more complete planner and to-do list for personal tasks. I really appreciate being able to add followers and attachments, comment on project updates and tasks and set deadlines with specific times and recurring schedules.
Cons
I do wish it were more affordable or that there were a lower-cost plan available. I'd also love to see more options for color-coding tasks and projects. A custom color slider with unlimited choices would be a really nice addition.

“Powerful task tracking review 6”
Pros
Keeping priorities organized is one of the best things about Asana. Assigned tasks and real-time updates make it stand out for task management compared with most other tools. It also gives you a secure place to keep information related to company projects and clients. On top of that it does a really good job of improving team collaboration since you can invite other people into the workspace and work together more effectively.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve if someone is completely new to project management so it can take time to really get comfortable with the platform. It also doesn't feel like the best fit for small teams or solo projects because some of the features seem unnecessary in those cases. Another limitation is that each task can only be assigned to one person which helps avoid confusion about ownership but can be restrictive when multiple people are involved.

“ideal tools for complex projects”
Pros
One thing that really helps with Asana is task dependencies which are essential when managing more complex projects where tasks rely on each other. Being able to assign work to team members, set deadlines and switch between calendar, list or board views also makes project tracking very convenient.
Cons
At the beginning the software can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and options to figure out.
