“Flexible views for every project”
Pros
What really works well is being able to set up multiple workspaces so projects for office teams, home tasks or side work can all live in one place. You can create tasks simply and add details later or fill in everything right away if you prefer. The Kanban workflow is also decent making it easy to move tasks from assigned to to‑do to completed. It also offers different views such as list, calendar and board so you can scan upcoming tasks from whichever angle works best.
Cons
I haven't seen a clear priority indicator inside tasks or if it exists, it's not very obvious to find. When there are a lot of tasks, they all tend to appear at the same level because of that. It would also help to have color coding so it's easier to tell apart the tasks you are actively working on from the others.

“Clean visuals for roadmapping”
Pros
Our team uses it to build product roadmaps, usually with 8 to 15 people per project. It's fast, easy to learn and the interface looks professional which makes using it feel pleasant throughout the day.
Cons
A few features are harder to access than they should be especially when trying to link or connect separate projects.

“Excellent for remote teamwork”
Pros
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve at first while you get familiar with all the tools and features but once that clicks, it becomes an excellent platform for organizing work and managing projects. It's especially valuable for remote teams and companies.
Cons
Getting comfortable with all of the tools and features does take a little time in the beginning.

“Top powerful teamwork”
Pros
It does a really nice job of balancing simplicity with powerful project management features. It's a user friendly cloud based tool you can use in the browser to keep teams aligned, on schedule and focused on their tasks. Sharing files is also easy and if you set up the notifications the right way, it becomes much easier to stay on top of projects while keeping everyone updated.
Cons
The dashboard at home can feel a bit crowded when you're involved in a lot of teams or projects but it's nowhere near enough to outweigh the overall value.

“Easy project tracking standout”
Pros
Using it has made project and task management feel organized and professional yet still very user friendly. I can create a task and add attachments, comments, messages and updates all in one place keeping everything connected and easy to follow. One feature I especially like is the project brief. Plus it updates in real time as new details come up and the project moves forward.
Cons
One part I still don't fully understand is the teams feature. I have also noticed that the task headings on the Kanban board change when viewing them from other parts of the program which can be a little confusing.

Keeping up with workflows and tasks is really easy with this software.

“Fantastic for show planning”
Pros
Asana has been excellent for managing the calendar for our weekly shows. Everyone on the team can see what's scheduled, along with all the important details. It also helps us track shows that are still in development and we can tag one another when it's time to hand episodes off to the next team member.
Cons
Getting started with it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of buttons and triggers so it takes some time to get used to everything. I think it would be even better if there were more walkthrough resources or intro videos to help new users settle in.

“very powerful project collaboration hub”
Pros
Juggling more than five active projects at once is normal for our department and Asana has been really helpful for keeping everything organized. It lets us manage multiple projects and work together with teammates in a way that feels efficient and effective. We can create projects, define goals, build timelines, upload files and leave comments all in one place.
Cons
There are a lot of features packed into it which plenty of people will probably appreciate. Still when I first began using it, the number of functions and all the details felt a bit overwhelming so I had to spend quite a bit of time clicking around and experimenting before I fully understood how to use it.

“Top team collaboration that delivers”
Pros
Assigning projects to different team members is easy and responses come back quickly. Setting up teams inside our company is simple and sharing projects with others is just as convenient. Task prioritization is a big part of how we work and Asana has handled that really well. CharityVision has been using the free version and it has worked out wonderfully for us.
Cons
There's a cap on how many people we can add before needing to upgrade. It also wasn't completely easy to learn on our own so we ended up watching a few tutorials before we really understood how to use the software efficiently.

“Remote team project hub”
Pros
It worked really well as a company-wide tool. Getting it set up and rolled out was very easy and the guides and tutorials helped make the implementation process feel simple. The platform itself is a strong project management solution especially for companies with fully remote or partly remote teams.
Cons
Adapting it to our business processes wasn't overly complicated but for anyone completely new to project management, there's definitely a learning curve and it can take time to really get comfortable with the software. It also offers a lot of functionality and at times that can feel a bit overwhelming, particularly for beginners.

“Collaborative tracking done right”
Pros
Right from the interface it makes it simple to follow the progress of our work, see how much time is left on each task in progress and plan the remaining activities while setting daily schedules for what needs to be completed. It also supports teamwork really well by sharing status updates with everyone involved. The notifications are reliable and the reporting options are useful for showing the work plan, checking completion percentages, identifying delayed tasks and reviewing the technical and financial details that matter for successful project monitoring.
Cons
I haven't run into any technical issues while using it. It has been flexible enough to support exactly what we need.

“Helpful team management tool”
Pros
Keeping track of time, budgets and employees works really well with this app. It makes it simple to stay connected with the whole team and everyone can check work progress and task management from anywhere. If you don't have enough time to personally follow up with all your workers, this app is a very useful option.
Cons
At times the app has some glitches although restarting it usually fixes the problem. The features it includes are good but it still needs more options especially for staying in contact with customers. It would be much better if the app offered more of an all in one experience.
