“Highly fantastic for team collaboration”

Pros

Asana has been really amazing for keeping our team aligned and managing project workflows in an organized way. The Gantt charts are especially useful because they give everyone a clear view of project progress at a glance. It's also helpful to have all projects managed in one place. The interface is user friendly and makes priorities and due dates very visible which helps a lot with day to day planning.

Cons

One part that hasn't worked as well for us is the to-do list which can be a little frustrating to deal with. The mobile app also feels somewhat limited in terms of features.

“Faster onboarding, higher productivity”

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how much this shortens onboarding and training time while also cutting down on mistakes. Because of that, productivity ends up being much higher than what I have seen working with other teams.

Cons

Copy and paste doesn't always behave the way I expect when I am trying to duplicate a similar task and make a few changes so I am not sure if it's user error or just the feature itself. I also don't love that I cannot view all of my assigned tasks from all of my boards in one place.

Pros

Across both small teams and larger organizations, this software is very user friendly and budget-friendly. Some of its best features include access on both mobile devices and computers, efficient task management, assigning work to team members, tagging, real-time updates on tasks and projects and strong integrations with other software, along with many other useful capabilities. Another big advantage is that it doesn't demand any advanced skills so almost anyone can start using it without difficulty.

Cons

After using it for more than a year, my team has become more productive with it. At this point I honestly don't see anything that really needs improvement.

We brought it in to help everyone stay updated and keep projects moving in the right direction and it has done a great job with both.

Cons

I only use the platform and wasn't part of the initial setup but from the user side, it's been pretty easy to work with.

Pros

Asana has been a really functional and highly effective tool for tracking and managing team projects. It offers plenty of features for handling tasks, setting reminders and connecting with many other integrations. In the beginning, it can feel a bit hard to navigate but once you spend some time with it, that gets better. One of the best parts is how it keeps you updated with notifications for every process or project in progress. The integration with Google apps also helps me a lot and makes many tasks much more convenient.

Cons

The platform is not very user friendly so when you need to invite someone from outside the company into a project, it can be frustrating because they usually need some training to understand how everything works. I also feel that the free version is too limited.

Pros

Working with teammates across different locations and states on shared projects has been really helpful. Everything stays well organized and I really enjoy being able to switch the display so the same information can be viewed in different ways.

Cons

I don't have any complaints right now. It's very user friendly.

There are plenty of project management options available and getting started is quick. Inviting other people to join is also very easy.

The only thing I feel is missing is a customer database feature.

At times the way tasks are organized can be a bit confusing and lead to some uncertainty within individual tasks.

This app is genuinely worth recommending because it's really useful, simple to use and pretty much anyone can work with it without running into problems. It definitely makes everything much more manageable.

It would be even better if the app were free.

Having all our client projects in one place has made this a very useful project management tool. It helps us stay on top of everything. The app is also easy to navigate and the help documentation is always there and genuinely useful.

I honestly don't have much to complain about, aside from the fact that it can get a little difficult to manage tasks that include a lot of sub-tasks.

Pros

Getting real-time updates has been incredibly helpful. Whether it's a small team or a large project, I can immediately see the status of any task or project without needing to sit through so many meetings. Once people add their updates, it works very well and lets me focus my attention on the areas that actually need it.

Cons

It could be improved by adding a few more project management features similar to Microsoft Project.

Asana has been really helpful for managing time well. The task-wise details and analysis give a clear view of progress and make it easier to stay organized.

The thing that gets frustrating is the number of notifications. It sends too many throughout the day and a single task status update would be enough.

At first the app's new format was frustrating and took some getting used to but after adjusting to it, I ended up feeling satisfied overall.

With several people juggling projects and events for different clients At the same time this has been an excellent tool for our team. We're spread across the Midwest and handle clients all over the country so it really helps us stay on top of work, keep projects moving and make sure things actually get finished without having to send hundreds of emails back and forth.

It does have quite a few features tucked away so it can take a while to discover everything it's capable of.

It keeps things very simple while still helping you stay on top of tasks and track progress clearly. Once you get familiar with it, using it feels very natural and it really helps teams work in a more organized and efficient way.

Cons

One downside is that the app includes a lot of features which can feel overwhelming for beginners and takes some experience to use comfortably. It also lacks a way for team members to track how much time they spend on each task or piece of work.
