“Task scheduling that delivers”

Pros

Creating and scheduling tasks has been the most useful part of Asana for both me and my business. Another big plus is that when a client uses Asana too, they can add me to their workspace and I can switch back and forth between their setup and mine without any hassle.

Cons

For me the biggest letdown is not being able to rank my daily tasks in the exact order I want, like first, second, third and so on. I can sort them by due date but I'd really like the option to rearrange tasks within the same day so the highest-priority items stay at the top.

“Clear task tracking”

Pros

It is simple and user friendly which makes it really useful for tracking tasks and sharing updates with team members. The notifications do a good job of keeping everyone informed so the team stays aligned and tasks are more likely to get finished on time. It also supports an effective workflow by helping define each person's role on a project team and fitting those responsibilities into the bigger process.

Cons

That said it does have some downsides. It doesn't integrate with every app I use so I sometimes have to enter the same information more than once.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of it is how much it organizes project management. Keeping everything organized in one place makes the workflow much more manageable and saves us a lot of time.

Cons

One part that causes the most trouble is its integration with other software since it can be frustrating for our team at times. Other than that, I really haven't run into any problems.

It's a web based application designed to help teams organize their work and collaborate effectively especially when working remotely.

Cons

The software is well built but it seems better suited to experienced users and isn't always user friendly.

Out of all the tools I have tried this one has been the best. The free version already gives me everything I need and I can assign tasks, chat and keep team members updated without any issues.

Cons

It's not as strong when it comes to tracking ongoing work or managing weekly recurring tasks.

Pros

One thing that really works well is how everyone on the team can see task progress and get notified about status changes. It makes it much simpler to stay on top of what others are working on and helps collaboration happen more naturally.

Cons

A few features aren't very user friendly though. I can tell they're probably useful but they're not especially user friendly. There are tutorials out there but realistically, not everyone has the time to sit through them.

Pros

Asana comes with a modern interface, a pleasant overall user experience and flexible controls for users. It also gives you the ability to customize the logical flow of most business processes to fit the way your team works.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming for a first-time user especially because there's a lot presented all at once right at the beginning.

Asana has been an incredible tool for all kinds of organizations. In my healthcare advertising role, we rely on it to coordinate projects and make sure everyone knows exactly what they're responsible for and when it needs to be done.

Cons

There are a lot of features and moving parts to learn so it can feel overwhelming at the beginning. Thankfully the Academy does a good job of teaching you how to navigate the platform and use its tools more effectively.

Pros

Being able to split tasks into projects and add due dates, descriptions and assignees makes everything much more organized. It also helps a lot that you can set and sort daily priorities so the work for each day stays clear.

Cons

At times opening something in the browser redirects me to the app instead and that can be a bit frustrating because it takes a while to load.

Pros

Keeping everyone aligned on project tasks is one of the best things about this tool since collaborators can stay constantly updated. On top of that assigning tasks to team members is simple and quick to pick up.

Cons

I honestly don't have any negative points to mention about this tool.

Asana helps me organize my deals and overall workflow in a much more strategic way. What matters most is that it keeps smaller tasks visible throughout the process even when they are not routine or required for every single deal.

Cons

One challenge is that it can sometimes be difficult to share the progress of a project or deal with team members who are not using the software.

“Affordable teamwork that clicks”

Pros

It is easy to use and the pricing is reasonable for what it offers. It also fit into our team workflow without much friction so bringing everyone on board was fairly simple.

The site layout can be a bit complicated At first and it took some time to fully learn how everything was organized.

As a project management tool it has been really easy to use and works well for organizing tasks and team workflows.

Cons

The filtering feature is frustrating as it's pretty difficult to narrow things down and get the exact results you're looking for.

Working with my team is much better with this feature. I can hand off tasks to a colleague, assign who owns what and set a deadline so everything stays on track.

One thing that gets frustrating is the number of notifications it sends. At this point my email inbox is packed with alerts from the platform.

This software is very user friendly. Creating an account takes little time and it's simple to begin using it right away. Another big plus is the range of integrations it offers especially with widely used time tracking apps.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to point out about this software. The only minor issue we've run into has been a few occasional downtimes but those have been very rare.

Being able to use this software for free was a big plus. It works really well for coordinating projects and making sure everyone is clear on what they're supposed to be doing. The collaboration features help the team accomplish more in less time and project tracking is easily one of its strongest parts. I also appreciated being able to assign tasks to team members and the inbox feature was especially useful for keeping communication with the team in one place.

Cons

There's a lot to learn At first so it can feel overwhelming for beginners. That said their academy does a helpful job of teaching you how to navigate the tools and programs so new users can eventually learn to use it effectively.

“Content planning powerhouse”

Pros

Just recently started using it and it has completely changed how our team works. Our head of ops introduced it and since we rolled it out, everyone has been much more aligned. We use it for the content calendar event planning and task management and those features have been really valuable. The integrations are a big plus too as we can bring in Typeform submissions and take action on them right away. Overall it's an excellent tool.

Cons

It is not very user friendly. Team adoption on our side has been fairly low because it takes some training to really understand how to use it and get the most out of what it can do.

Pros

One thing that works really well is how simple it is to connect Asana with tools like Google Drive and Slack which makes sharing tasks with the whole team much more convenient.

Cons

It still needs more improvement when it comes to time tracking and planning tasks across weekdays.
