“Clean task pipeline setup”
Pros
Setting up all my tasks and arranging them clearly in the pipeline is really easy with it.
Cons
I do wish it had a built-in way to prioritize tasks and the interface can feel a bit challenging for new users at first.

“Fantastic project visibility”
Pros
The interface is user friendly and setting up projects didn't take much effort at all. One of the most useful parts is the way it alerts you as deadlines get closer. I also really appreciate the different project views since they make it much clearer to track progress and see exactly where other team members are in their work.
Cons
Although I was able to learn the platform fairly quickly some of the newer people on our team had a harder time at the start. That said that kind of learning curve is pretty normal and the support available is really helpful. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding integrations with even more apps.

“feature rich project collaboration”
Pros
Asana comes packed with tools and features that make task and project tracking much easier, while also supporting the collaboration needed across each project.
Cons
Because it offers so many features, it can sometimes feel complicated to learn and use especially when you need to bring a client into the platform.

“Fantastic teamwork visibility”
Pros
Using it is not a hassle. It gives a clear overview of everything, works very well for team collaboration and makes communication with clients much more organized.
Cons
One downside is that there isn't a mobile website, only the app. Every now and then, a task also ends up getting placed in the wrong project.

“Staying organized across devices”
Pros
One thing I enjoy most about using it is how accessible it is for staying organized, mapping out my thoughts into project plans and keeping track of progress. The app also works really well on both my iPad and laptop which makes it very manageable to use wherever I am.
Cons
There are still a lot of features left for me to explore but compared with other tools, it has been very simple to learn. I honestly haven't come across any reason to stop using it.

“All deadlines in one place”
Pros
Having all employee work organized in a single program was a big plus. Tasks could be assigned to different team members with clear deadlines and the calendar kept every due date in one place so it was much easier to keep everyone on track.
Cons
The only part that took some adjusting was figuring out where to submit work for assigned tasks. It's a little confusing At first but it seems like one of those features you get used to over time.

“Fantastic subtask tracking”
Pros
Asana is very easy to use especially for new users. Compared with other project management tools like JIRA, it's much simpler to navigate and use at the beginning. The ability to add subtasks inside a task, assign them to different team members, set deadline dates and track completion status is an excellent feature.
Cons
Customer support could definitely be better. It was hard to get in touch with a team member when issues came up. It also may not be the most useful option for people who are already very accustomed to working with other project management tools like JIRA.

“Mobile project management win”
Pros
During COVID lockdowns, this app made it possible to keep working digitally and continue managing projects without interruption. I'd definitely recommend it to individuals or businesses that want more flexible, mobile communication when handling project management.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. It's been a positive experience using this project management software over the past two years and more.

“Team visibility that helps”
Pros
Across the team Asana has been especially useful for giving everyone visibility into what's going on while also helping with personal task tracking. We only rolled it out a week or two ago but it's already had a positive impact for some team members especially with the huge volume of tasks they're juggling at any given time.
Cons
At times people still drift back to simpler but less effective tracking options, like basic desktop notepad apps.

“Recurring tasks keep us organized”
Pros
Asana has been a really powerful project management tool for our team. It gives us one central online place to manage client work, marketing projects and internal projects and it helps us stay on top of everything. I especially love the recurring task feature.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is handling completed tasks. I end up with a lot of them so it would be helpful if archiving them and tidying up the workspace were a bit easier.

“Handy task hub”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized in it is pretty easy and being able to mention teammates and attach files directly to each task helps keep everything together in one place.
Cons
One thing that really holds it back is the lack of a built-in real-time time tracking feature. That option exists through various integrations but most of them cost extra. So if I want to click play to start tracking, pause it, resume later and assign that tracked time to different tasks so I can see how much time went into specific projects, I cannot do that natively. Monday.com does offer that feature.

“Clear project visibility”
Pros
Managing projects in it is very easy. Also overall it's simple to use, gives excellent visibility into high-priority items and makes collaboration across the team much better.
Cons
One limitation is that tasks cannot have multiple tags. Also as far as I know, the Slack workflow only works in one direction and there isn't a way to automatically send Slack workflow items to a board.
