“Versatile task management favorite”
Pros
Whenever I need a tool for tasks and project management, this is the one I keep coming back to. I really enjoy the different views and flexible options and being able to import Google Sheets into it is a big plus.
Cons
The only downside for me is that it doesn't support invoicing integration which would make it much more useful as a CRM.

“Reliable agile project tracking”
Pros
Asana has been really effective for agile development, keeping tabs on progress and managing project work overall. Even the free version comes with plenty of useful features so it offers strong value for the money.
Cons
The Gantt chart functionality could be improved and the platform could do a better job of making things more user friendly for new users.

“Personal assistant for planning”
Pros
Between tracking different to-dos, correspondence-based projects, appointments, meetings and classes, this has been a real lifesaver for staying organized. The layout is simple to use, quick to set up and just as easy to manage day to day. I can absolutely see how useful it would be for a team but even using it on my own, it feels like having a personal assistant helping me stay on top of everything on my calendar.
Cons
I didn't run into any real downsides. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought setting up sub-tasks might be difficult but that ended up not being an issue at all.

“Easy project tracking win”
Pros
Asana is very well thought out. The UX/UI work on the interface deserves a lot of credit because it's incredibly fast, user friendly and simple to use. I really appreciate being able to manage all kinds of projects for all kinds of clients in the same tool, usually with a very similar column structure and then just adjusting the tags depending on the project. Another big advantage is that everyone understands it, both internally and externally which makes collaboration much easier. It has also helped us cut down a lot on client emails which makes projects feel more secure and better organized.
Cons
One small improvement I'd love to see is the ability to export any type of view. For instance, it would be very useful to export the calendar view once a project is set up. A public link can already be created and shared with anyone which is helpful but many of our clients still prefer PDF files. It would also make things easier when we need to attach project views to certain client contracts, for example.

“Versatile planning from daily to yearly”
Pros
It began as a simple to-do list for us and now we rely on it for everything from everyday task management to bigger strategic planning in quarterly and annual meetings.
Cons
At times tracking down a specific task in the history can be tricky although that can usually be improved with better tagging and more organized project structure.

“user friendly workflow on mobile”
Pros
The platform is very user friendly and the workflow is laid out in a way that makes sense. I end up using the mobile app the most and it handles day to day work really well.
Cons
Getting other people to fully adopt it has been a challenge. It can also be frustrating having to check multiple places to finish tasks when other platforms are involved.

“Flexible task planning powerhouse”
Pros
This app has been fantastic for planning my work, keeping tabs on tasks and mapping out project strategy. The layout is really well done and I can customize it to fit exactly what I need.
Cons
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve in the beginning when it comes to figuring out the most efficient way to use it but once that clicks, it becomes something you really enjoy using.

“Organizacion total para proyectos”
Pros
One of the things I have enjoyed most about it is how many options it gives me to stay organized and keep my work in order. I really appreciate the format, along with the tools it offers to create tasks, manage projects and keep everything gathered in one place.
Cons
Sharing it with teams hasn't been very easy. The people I have tried to work with on it have found it complicated and it has taken them a while to learn how to use it.

Pros
Since switching to remote work this has played a huge role in keeping productivity on track. It's been incredibly useful for collaboration and it makes it very clear to see what's already been completed and which tasks still need attention.

“Powerful dashboards”
Pros
After comparing it with other platforms, this one clearly stands out in a few important ways. It integrates really well with key apps like Tableau, Salesforce, Google Calendar and Office 365, among others. The dashboard is very interactive too as you can leave comments, attach files from your computer, Dropbox, Google Drive or whatever storage tool you use. Customer support has also been more responsive and friendly. It seems more efficient overall especially for larger teams because it has fewer limitations, offers a more professional setup and gives you more flexibility for customization. On top of that it lets you manage multiple projects and timelines at the same time. There are plenty of features for project management, internal team communication and task follow up. We can plan campaigns ahead of time and clearly see who owns each part of the work. The dashboards are especially useful because they help visualize progress by stage. Everyone can keep track of deadlines and due dates which makes the workflow much more organized with reminders and similar tools. I also appreciate being able to switch views and look at my tasks in different ways. Assigning tasks is easy and adding subtasks makes it even more practical. The integrations with other apps really improve how work gets done and open up more possibilities.
Cons
The only real issue I would point out is that the search filter is not as strong as the rest of the toolset. I'd like to see it improved with more options and better customization.

“Fantastic team progress tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of and managing my team's projects with it is like the simplest way to handle everything. Working together with teammates is also not a hassle and we can easily follow each other's progress as tasks move forward. Even when a project gets complicated, the tools available help break it down and make it much more manageable.
Cons
Getting started the first time was a bit confusing since we weren't very familiar with the Kanban style of project management. Thankfully, the video guides were really helpful and made it much easier to understand the features and find my way around the platform.

Pros
I cannot imagine managing everything without it. This platform keeps my entire life organized and has been an absolute lifesaver. I use it to plan all kinds of things, from business projects and marketing to creating SOPs, as well as my personal tasks and important dates.
Cons
I genuinely don't have any complaints and I know that's a big thing to say. I love everything about it even while using the free version. It gives me everything I need and I am constantly recommending it to my entrepreneur friends.

“Easy task tracking win”
Pros
The web interface is user friendly and comfortable to work in. Managing web marketing projects for clients, this tool has been really helpful for keeping track of who's responsible for what. The option to assign tasks to external users is especially useful because it makes it clear when we're waiting on customers to send over information. Laying out the timeline also helps us quickly spot what's blocking progress.
Cons
At first the minimum five-license cost felt a little expensive for my small team. That said it was flexible and let us pay only for the seats we were actually using.

Pros
After using Monday for the past year our company decided to switch and Asana has turned out to be an excellent alternative. It gives us all the same functionality we were relying on before and the pricing is very comparable for our team.
Cons
