“Organized task tracking”
Pros
It lets me keep a dated record of everything I have completed at work and everything stays very well organized.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the color selection. It would help to have a way to clearly identify which color was chosen because sometimes it takes me a while to figure out which color I selected for the same task.

“Fantastic team collaboration hub”
Pros
Even new team members can get comfortable with it quickly. It works really well for team collaboration and for keeping track of how projects are progressing.
Cons
The inbox can feel a bit cluttered on a laptop screen compared with viewing it on a larger monitor.

“Top excellent team task tracking”
Pros
What we appreciate most is being able to split up tasks across the whole team, keep track of how everyone is progressing and see which tasks are being completed on time.
Cons
What we like least is that sometimes the team's progress updates seem to get lost and we feel the user experience could be a bit more user friendly.

“Flexible free plan”
Pros
Among task management tools, this is one of the few that lets you use it free with up to 10 users which is a big plus. The design is clean, it's simple to work with and there's a good amount of customization available. I do think the column features could be built out more and they could borrow a few ideas from Monday.com in that area.
Cons
One area that still needs work is how the platform integrates with calendars, reminders and similar tools since that integration could be much better.

“Team coordination”
Pros
One thing I really like about this software is being able to see tasks and assignments in multiple formats. I can switch between a list view and a calendar view depending on what I need. It also helps a lot with staying organized. Being able to assign tasks to other people and communicate by tagging teammates is another feature that works really well.
Cons
Using the mobile app is where it falls short for me. I find it harder to navigate and use there and I often end up going back to my computer instead.

“Near flawless task coordination”
Pros
Managing tasks in Asana has made it possible to assign work across multiple projects at almost a flawless level. It handles things like predecessor tasks, ongoing work and different projects or clients really well which helps keep everything organized at the same time.
Cons
A few integrations are still missing and having them would make the platform even more useful in day to day work.

“Fantastic for project tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with my assigned projects has been fantastic with this tool. It makes collaboration with teammates really convenient and helps me stay on top of deadlines. I also rely on it for planning my social media posts so I can clearly see when everything needs to go live.
Cons
One thing that really frustrates me is not being able to print the calendar view for my projects. Having that option would be much more convenient for me. Right now, I have to send the calendar to Gmail first and print it from there.

“Reliable project tracking hub”
Pros
It's not a flashy platform and it doesn't try to be overly powerful but it does exactly what I need for organizing projects, tracking progress and assigning tasks. For those core project management needs, it works perfectly well.
Cons
I'd still like a few more advanced features, along with better email notifications from the platform that get triggered at different points throughout a project's lifecycle.

“Helpful task tracking, confusing layout”
Pros
Asana does a good job of keeping our team's to-do list organized and making it easier to stay on top of what needs to get done.
Cons
At the same time it can feel a bit confusing to use and finding specific tasks isn't always easy.

“Familiar but limited workflows”
Pros
Our team already knew the platform well and we had our creative content process dialed in so sticking with it made sense because it was what everyone was used to.
Cons
It just doesn't feel especially powerful. It handled one-off graphic design requests and basic tasks well enough but it wasn't really the right fit for more detailed project management needs.

“Helpful reminders”
Pros
Every day I get an email that lists my upcoming tasks in chronological order which makes everything simple to keep track of. My work is also organized by category so I can plan out my daily workflow around that structure without any trouble.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is that older tasks don't appear in chronological order in the Task view and I am not sure how to change or fix that.

“Fantastic scheduling for small teams”
Pros
Scheduling with this tool has been really easy and fun. Clients can either choose the appointment type themselves or we can send them straight to the exact booking we want through customized URLs. It also handles pre-appointment document delivery, confirmation emails, payment options and simple scheduling or cancellations that update instantly with online calendars like Google, Apple and Yahoo. It has been an excellent fit for us and for many of the small business clients we work with.
Cons
The only things I'd still like to see are a built-in CRM integration for keeping call notes documented, along with HIPAA compliance for healthcare professionals.

“Top task tracking that delivers”
Pros
Switching from email-based coordination to this has made it much easier to organize and prioritize our work. The inbox feature is especially useful for keeping conversations tied to specific tasks and the task list does a really good job of helping you stay on top of multiple projects.
Cons

“Versatile project management standout”
Pros
Whether it's a personal task list or a large strategic initiative, Asana handles the full range really well. Features like custom rules and personalized views let each person tailor the platform to the way they work. Its user friendly design, combined with frequent feature updates, helps our team stay productive and successful every day. After comparing it with several competing tools, I honestly feel there isn't a better option out there for project management and strategic alignment.
Cons
The only small downside is that you cannot mark a project as Complete and instead have to archive it. It's a very minor issue overall.

“Flexible teamwork that delivers”
Pros
Asana has been a really strong collaboration tool for keeping teams aligned across connected projects and all kinds of tasks. There's plenty of flexibility and customization which makes it useful for different workflows. The free plan is a good starting point and once you begin using it more seriously, the value in upgrading to a more advanced plan becomes pretty clear.
Cons

“real time tracking that delivers”
Pros
Keeping our projects and task progress organized has been one of the best parts of using Asana especially with the real-time tracking option. It helps me stay updated instantly and I can also adjust notifications so I am alerted about any project changes or only when specific events are triggered.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the customization of task templates. The current limitations make tasks feel less flexible than they should be.
