“Task prioritization that delivers”
Pros
The feature I like most is being able to prioritize tasks and assign them directly to the right users.
Cons
My only issue was that some of the more advanced review and reporting features weren't available in the version I am using.

“Organized teamwork every day”
Pros
As a project management and tracking tool it's relatively simple to use and has been part of my workflow for a long time. I rely on it to keep all of my projects and task management details in one place. The interface is excellent and very user friendly which makes everything feel organized and on track. Adding tasks or project records to my board takes almost no effort and collaborating with teammates in real time works really well. Bringing people into the workspace is also quite convenient since I can invite them with a link or a direct email. I use it regularly in my professional life and at this point it's become part of my daily routine.
Cons
Even though it's an excellent tool for both businesses and individual users, I still wish it offered a few more features. For instance, if it included better note-taking, document support or writing capabilities, I wouldn't need to depend on another platform like Notion. It would also be a lot better if there were built-in group chat and file-sharing options. Other than those missing pieces though, I really don't have any major complaints and still enjoy using it with my team.

“Clear team visibility”
Pros
Using this has been very easy, whether I am handling things by myself or working together with a team. It gives me a clear picture of what my department heads are working on which has been very useful for staying aware of everything that's going on.
Cons
This is more specific to our company's setup but I do wish it offered a simpler integration with Jira or GitHub so I could handle more detailed task tracking for my software development team. Aside from that, it's still an excellent tool.

“Posting schedule lifesaver”
Pros
Keeping up with my monthly social media posts became so much more manageable with Asana. It lets me organize and build a far better schedule than I ever could with a paper calendar or notebook. The layout is very simple to work with and that has made a huge difference for me.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is for the Android app to break certain sections down into a day-by-day schedule.

“Fantastic for team workload planning”
Pros
It works really well for managing calendars, assigning tasks to employees and keeping track of everyone's workload.
Cons
The only downside is the number of email notifications as it can feel a bit excessive when a lot of people are working together on the same team.

“Collaboration that really clicks”
Pros
Communication is smooth and the integrations with third-party tools make working together feel effortless.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve when rolling it out in an established organization. It's worth spending some time exploring the free plan first if you expect to use the paid features later on.

“Fantastic free task hub”
Pros
Getting this much functionality for free has been a huge win. It works in the browser and also has mobile and desktop apps so I can keep up with everything wherever I am. The layout is simple to navigate and the colorful design plus the little celebrations when tasks are completed make it genuinely fun to use. I am able to manage every part of my business in one place, from leads and follow-ups to onboarding, project completion, offboarding and AP tracking, while also keeping up with my household to-dos. There's a paid premium option available but the free version already covers everything I need.
Cons
Like any new software it takes some time to set up properly and build out a system that works. I ended up paying for a training program that helped me learn the platform and included templates I could import which made the process easier. Aside from that initial learning and implementation time, I really haven't come across anything I dislike.

Pros
Task management is pretty easy now and the little unicorn celebration whenever I complete something on my list is honestly one of my favorite parts.

“Fast setup”
Pros
Asana is pretty simple to tool even for newer or less technical users. The layout is also user friendly, performance is quick and it integrates well with the Slack and email tools our team already uses.
Cons
We needed our project management setup organized by client and with more than 250 clients, that took some creativity. We ended up treating projects as clients and using tasks and sub projects to manage the work under each one so we were able to make it fit. Another downside is the email notifications can be excessive. If someone leaves a comment with 5 attached images, each team member may receive 5 separate emails. It would be much better to have an option to manage or combine those notifications.

One thing that works really well with Asana is how organized it lets you keep your projects. Having all of my projects laid out clearly in one place makes it much easier to stay on top of everything.

“Fantastic for managing client work”
Pros
Handling multiple client projects at once is where this really shines. It keeps my team organized, helps us stay on top of deadlines and makes it much easier to track everything we need to get done. Having all tasks visible in one place also does a lot for managing our time and balancing the workload.
Cons
